I had an awful experience at the Second St location. The quality has really gone downhill there. My brownie cup was one big solid cold chunk, like a hockey puck, and was carelessly thrown into the cup. On top of that, the ice cream was melted like water and leaked through the cheap cup and lid, spilled all over my pants just minutes after picking it up at the drive through.
When I returned for a refund 15m later I was met with unprofessionalism. Even though I showed my receipt and the dripping cup in my hand, the younger girl employee dismissively told me, “I don’t recognize you, so I can’t do anything about it.” is what her exact words were. She then turned around and walked away. It’s not about the $12 refund it’s about accountability. If an order is poorly made, it should be acknowledged and corrected.
Good customer service means taking responsibility for mistakes. If that’s too much to ask, then maybe certain employees shouldn’t be in customer-facing roles. A simple apology and refund would have prevented this review

Horrible service. Ordered through DoorDash but wasn’t an option to pick the chicken tossed in bbq sauce so I called and they said they couldn’t do that. Dumb. So I asked to speak to manager and he said the same thing and when I asked whom I was speaking too he hung up. Will be avoiding this place from now on. I don’t see why they couldn’t just toss the chicken in some fricken sauce

This place is beyond awful I’m doing DoorDash trying to make extra money and the manager of all people is beyond rude and bitter and old she tried to say I didn’t click the confirm button fast enough and pulled the food back when I told her to stop with the attitude another young little rude kid comes out to try and fight me and the manager refused to give me his name and I will without question escalate this to the highest there is to complain about this you don’t treat customers like this ever no matter what this place should be ashamed of themselves for acting this way the whole staff yelling stuff that’s how you treat customers disgusting establishment and not even a number to call and complain or anything because this happens all the time there then the manager just had to call me a racist comment on the way out which is always a bonus
I absolutely love soft serve ice cream, and Dairy Queen has always been my favorite! Their shakes are also incredibly delicious. However, I’m not a fan of other fast food options; to me, hamburgers are tough and hard to chew. I do enjoy their cheese curds, I do find them a little salty though, so I’m always asking for less salt on them, they are still enjoyable. Overall, my family and I are really fond of Dairy Queen's ice cream offerings, but we aren’t as enthusiastic about the rest of the menu.

This restaurant has a problem in that they turn a blind eye to what customers are doing in their dining room. When we approached the door from the parking lot, we could smell marijuana. When we stepped inside the vestibule again marijuana. Once we stepped inside we could still smell it. I did notice we walked past a table with a couple and a child. Sitting out prominently on their table was a vape device. I believe that device was the source of the smell as the couple did not look very sober and am concerned they may have been vaping in the restaurant but I never witnessed that. However, I am disappointed that DQ is the place to go to get high in public but not surprised since drug cravings for food can be immediately satisfied there. Win-win for the potheads. Staff should have noticed this couple, what they were doing and sent them on their way. Then they should have immediately began cleaning. My friend said are you sure you want to eat in the dining room? We will probably get a contact high.
