We were here on vacation with a lot of route to do and it was a super hot day so we wanted an ice cream to refresh ourselves. The food was good but service far from that. We bought for almost 30$ (4 ice creams) and after paying, my parents asked to refill their reusable water bottles (2). Kim told them that she couldn’t do that, that it was the politic and that she would have to charge us for it, even for water coming out the sink. Pretty cheap but okay, we didn’t make a big deal of it. She then mixed up my parents order and when giving my mom her order, she told her “have the day you deserve”. How insulting… I guess from her point of view she didn’t deserve a good day. In fact, she didn’t wish a good day to any of us and after that, there was a line of around 10 people waiting to order while she was talking on her cell phone while preparing the orders.

I had an awful experience at the Second St location. The quality has really gone downhill there. My brownie cup was one big solid cold chunk, like a hockey puck, and was carelessly thrown into the cup. On top of that, the ice cream was melted like water and leaked through the cheap cup and lid, spilled all over my pants just minutes after picking it up at the drive through. When I returned for a refund 15m later I was met with unprofessionalism. Even though I showed my receipt and the dripping cup in my hand, the younger girl employee dismissively told me, “I don’t recognize you, so I can’t do anything about it.” is what her exact words were. She then turned around and walked away. It’s not about the $12 refund it’s about accountability. If an order is poorly made, it should be acknowledged and corrected. Good customer service means taking responsibility for mistakes. If that’s too much to ask, then maybe certain employees shouldn’t be in customer-facing roles. A simple apology and refund would have prevented this review

What a great experience our family had this evening.Due to an employee named Austin. He truly cared about our visit. Answer questions, he made recommendations to my son with allergies. Cared about the products he made and being true and sincere to us. This means a lot to me, personally, because i've ran restaurants for years. It is hard to find someone with his Great attitude.

Horrible service. Ordered through DoorDash but wasn’t an option to pick the chicken tossed in bbq sauce so I called and they said they couldn’t do that. Dumb. So I asked to speak to manager and he said the same thing and when I asked whom I was speaking too he hung up. Will be avoiding this place from now on. I don’t see why they couldn’t just toss the chicken in some fricken sauce

This establishment is by far the best in the area. Service is always prompt, orders are always hot/correct, and the staffs attitude/training is second to none! Sadly, customer service in all sectors has gone down the drain. This place re-establishes my faith.

Lovely managers Kathy and Amanda but my one complaint is over the years the new employees have ruined my experience at this location and the second street location especially when they have their backs to the counter and can barely stand without leaning on the counter. I wish I kept my receipt so I could give a name but a new young girl was very disrespectful and had a very pungent smell of marijuana.
