As a customer since I moved to New Hampshire, The Dancing Lion is a staple in our home. Do be prepared to spend money on high quality goods, though they do a great job of having something in everyone’s price range.

Masters of their craft, always welcoming, and never the same. Thank you!

We ventured into the Dancing Lion Chocolate before a show at the Rex. Wow the whole experience was imsersive to a whole new level. The brownie and bonbons were utterly divine. The packagine was thoughtfully presented and unique. The coffee lattes were delicious again presentation in a homemade pottery bowl. The experience gave your taste buds time to pause and absord all around you. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. This is a must try if you are in the area

This man is a MAD GENIUS!!! We live in Pensacola, FL now, but still splurge on shipping every Christmas. YES, it is expensive, so are diamonds and pearls. Treat yourself! I'm a world traveler and Dancing Lion is the BEST chocolate I've ever had.

By far, the best chocolate shop I've ever experienced! The knowledge about chocolate is exceptionally deep, the small batches are carefully matched with flavor combinations, and the visual artistry is unparalleled. In addition, their traditional hot chocolate- served in beautiful bowls- is rich, complex, and truly outstanding.

Dietary restrictions: Very helpful with milk allergy options.

Very special chocolate shop. The owner has traveled extensively and has a unique passion. Can't find these ingredients just anywhere. Sometimes has brownies with untraditional flours, try the pistachio.

A wonderful place to take refuge from the cold! The Mayan drinking chocolate was unique and very delicious. The staff were very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about their chocolate, and the atmosphere was calming and inviting.

Seems like a chocolate place for a person who goes hard and is super discerning about everything. Like the novelty of chocolate with airbrushing and parchment paper with hand written poems is somehow worth $50 for a few pieces of chocolate? The hot chocolate was undrinkable and thick. The chocolate was…chocolate. The place is super tiny and it seems like a place where hipsters would overpay for chocolate simply because it’s a bit different. I guess I’m not discerning enough? I went to Lindt, spent half the price, and the whole family liked it more than the stuff I purchased there. There is also an uncomfortable lack of space while waiting for the spiel of why I’m buying this chocolate and what makes it super cool to be over so I can leave with chocolate. Nice and passionate people, but I am not enthusiastic enough.

I cannot recommend the dancing lion enough! When my dad and I tried one of their prepackaged brownies, the owner personally plated it for us and served us water while we enjoyed it. They make delicious chocolate bars and their hot chocolate is a great introductory taste to their wonderful brand.

We had an absolutely amazing experience this afternoon. What a beautiful little spot with the most delicious bowl of drinking chocolate. The assortment of chocolate and pastries was delectable and so beautifully displayed and created. The entire staff was so welcoming, polite and friendly to Thea’s like we had be “regulars” for years. An absolute must visit when in the area.

We had a European style dark hot chocolate to drink. It was Awesome! The staff is absolutely awesome also. We enjoyed their poetry books and chocolate art while visiting in the shop. Cheers!

I stopped by today and was devastated to see that they were closed because one of their employees was marrying George Clooney. But alas we are all human and deserve to go to such things. 1000/10 best chocolate ive ever had. Will be back on my next Saturday off <3
