Dave & Buster's Manchester

Recently went in for games and food- The games were amazing but dining experience wasn’t great at all. We sat down only 1 other table there, Our server greeted us maybe 6 minutes in and we ordered our drinks and food at once and it wasn’t the greatest our salad was gross and the pasta was small portioned. We only saw our server twice- When we sat down and when we paid. She never came to check in on us and i had waited since before my food came for a drink refill. When we were done eating we waited another 15 minutes for our check (she was no where in site the whole time) We then ordered a shot from the bar which was sitting on the counter the second it was ordered and we didn’t get it until we went up 15 mins after and handed the bartender her tablet she also ditched. In summary we only saw our server justice once or twice in sight for the hour we were there in a dead dining room and didn’t care to check in.

Stopped in here to try the place out. It was very packed. Ordered some drinks and I was blown away at the cost. One beer and one mix drink damn near cost $30. I find this absolutely crazy. I have gone to many other places and spent far less for better drinks. All out drinks were warm. My beer wasn't as cold as it should have been. We wanted to get a table and couldn't be told a time because they were so busy. But yet we saw multiple empty clean tables. We ended up playing games and going to a different place.

The games are fun. A little disappointed that the vr station had one chair broken. We were a group of 4 and had to split up trying it out. Was definitely fun though.

Update: brought my daughter here for her birthday and got seated. Orderes our food and I will say the apps came out quick. But kind of hard to eat a salad with no silverware. Had to wait for the main food to even show up to ask for silverware. Their spinach and cheese wasn't that great. The taste was off and it was watery under the cheese. We might have seen our waitress 3 times in total. Never got asked if we wanted to do music bingo. My wife noticed the waitress and others just all chilling and having conversations amongst themselves. When cashing out it was a whole ordeal that took 10 minutes to split the check and have it on 2 cards.

The arcade is so much fun! The food and restaurant leave a lot to be desired. Everything tastes previously frozen on bland, but the kids didn't mind it.

Hours in open table were not updated, had a 6 PM reservation on Christmas Eve and the restaurant was closing at 6 PM, at the end the staff rushed to her our food but the experience was ruined due to the lack of consistency between the restaurant and the app

We always have a great experience at Dave and Busters, and with a large group with a good amount of kiddos, I was pleased thoroughly. We had an awesome waiter named Rod who got everything done in great timing, and kept things going smoothly, and gave us many laughs as well. The food was also very delicious!

Loved the atmosphere, it was fun to go in for a few hours. The food was good and the servers so accommodating and nice. Everyone who worked there was smiling and kind. 10/10 definitely going again.

Beware that you may have to speak with a rude manager if walk-ins are heavy during the time of your reservation. They made it clear that regardless of your reservation, walk-ins take priority. We were informed that we would have to wait because they had more walk-ins than expected and didn't have the staff to take care of us even though we made our reservation of 11 people, 11:45, days in advance. After a frustrating conversation with the manager, he managed to find us a table and server who was phenomenal. Rod saved our whole experience that we'd be willing to try this place again.

Went yesterday night and someone left the storage room door open in the prize area. I have never smelt such a strong smell of mold in my life…I couldn’t even stand to be in that area anymore. There’s absolutely no way the workers haven’t noticed this. AT LEAST keep that door closed until it’s taken care of. Very concerning… and if I’m mistaken and it’s not mold then you guys have something going on back there that needs to get checked out.

Fun, but pricey

Dude, I’ve never been to this place before but after my first visit, I was in awe. I’ve never seen anything like it. It is a kids dream. Come true video games on steroids great place to take the kids great place to take the family. You can literally spend the entire day there and time flies when you’re having fun you got pizza. They got all sorts of food there kids menu, adult menu, alcoholic beverages, candy snacks, merch, friendly staff great environment, very clean very diverse crowd very diverse staff plenty of tables to sit down and eat and relax plenty of TVs to watch, different sporting events the news, etc. I would highly recommend any and everyone to go to this place I wish there was more Dave & Buster’s around. This is one business that should be on top of all businesses. Love this place. Absolutely love this place. Plenty of parking free parking handicap parking handicap ramp. They also do catering orders. You can actually throw a birthday party or use that place to throw a birthday event for the kids something I would love if I was a child plenty of space even when it’s at full capacity, it’s still not crowdedpure fun, pure laughter, pure joy.

Went after mall hangout. Just some games and drinks at the bar. Wasn't overly crowded, but service was very slow. I noticed another customer called multiple times before the bartender came over.

Dave And Buster is one of my favorite places to go i always have so much fun but today I was so disappointed. Me and my husband got there at 10:30pm we sat at the bar, there were some attendants there one of them was talking and laughing with a customer for over 10 minutes but did not give a thought to check on us
The other attendant was attending another couple that was sitting right next to us but never in her mind asked us if we want to order food or drinks. Simply we were invisible to their eyes…we waited over 10 minutes and nothing !! That’s when i called one of the attendant, which is the one that was serving the couple, and she had the audacity to tell me that she was not working she is just wrapping up to go home but she could take my order if i want to. Girl? Why would i waste my money with you guys when I already wasted my time sitting there and now you want me to order?? And why would you give me that excuse?? Anyways i told her i just wanted to pass it along and we walked away. VERY DISAPPOINTED. So unpleasant and poor customer service!!

This is our go-to Dave & Buster’s coming from the north shore. Games are always available, and the food/drink are great as well!
