The waiter Devon was amazing good guy! The manager did nothing about all our drinks tasting like sour and juice nothing of alcohol. And there pricey too. She said there tasty but deadly but here’s the thing they were not tasty and tasted nothing of alcohol. Just juice and sour like what’s the point??? Tried to get help from the manager since she kept going around in circles don’t know for what cause she was not problem solving anything. Food was good though and faves and the server. But don’t buy the alcohol there! There stealing your money from the LQ Woburn is way better!

The fried pickles are the tastiest I've ever had. The Cajun shrimp pasta and the steak bowl were tasty. The steak bowl is spicy be warned!

Had an amazing time here with my son. Food was great and so was the service in the food area. I minused one star because the blonde girl with curly hair in the point redemption area is not helpful and a snob. She was giving me attitude because i asked her for help with something. Other people were even saying she was rude aswell.

Good food. Drinks were awesome.

Food is okay. It's not a 5 star restaurant but it's eatable. Drinks are not strong but tasty. Games were crowded. Will try again in a week night sometime.

One thing to watch for when it comes to figuring the tip is if you get a Play Card through your server, it will be lumped in with your food bill total.

Out waiter Alex was absolutely fantastic. We asked for refills and he wasted no tine getting them. He always checked up on us asking if we needed anything. I would ask for him when I come back.

Stopped in for Saturday lunch, but no games. We were seated immediately, and within a couple of minutes our waitress Emily, came and took our order. The food came out quickly and was good. My cheeseburger was a bit underwhelming, but there are plenty of other choices to have next time we visit. This is even a good choice for people without kids to stop in. the atmosphere is fun and inviting. Just be aware that being an arcade and sports bar set up, it is noisy. Because of the burger, only 4 stars for food, but 5 for the rest.

came in with a couple friends for a work party and had alex as our server, he was super chill and very friendly. we had a lot of people came in and was able to accommodate all of us. he made our experience as guests very enjoyable!

Alex was the best!! Customer service 10/10. We came in with over twenty people & he handled it with grace & confidence. I got the chips & queso & it was delish.
