Lowell St, Manchester NH. Ordered 2 pizza's & both arrived hot. I will give them 5 stars for that and 5 stars to the delivery man.♥️ One pizza was suppose to be a Philly Steak and Cheese. The main ingredient was missing and that was the steak. Too heavy handed with the pizza sauce which drowned out the taste of the onions, green peppers and mushrooms. The other pizza was perfect. This is the second time I ordered a Philly Steak and Cheese that was disappointing. I guess it depends on who's making the pizza when you place your order. Unfortunately, Beach St, Domino's doesn't deliver to my area. 🙁

Dominoes on Lowell st in Manchester New Hampshire stole our money and never delivered our food. When we tried to call after an hour of waiting (it was in the quality check for an hour), we waited for 10 minutes on the line and no one answered. Sure, it’s just pizza, but after a long and awful day, when times are already financially hard enough, having the most popular pizza chain around steal our money and food is sheisty and unethical.

Tried for delivery and never usually have an issue but this time was answered by a rude employee that couldnt be more social energetic and give me a rough estimate on when i can see my food and had to cancel over an hour wait, aprrox time was 18-29 minutes.... not a good look on your business now

I showed up for my pick up order tonight. As I was inside waiting , another customer called about the wrong order as they checked once they got home. Fozzy anwsered the phone.
I was told they didn't have my order they have to make it. I waited approx 10 min for my new meal in my truck. A women was bringing back an order. So I followed in. Fozzy put my order back on the shelf. He tried to serve me food that a customer had returned from her home. That is outright disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself. Mistakes happen. Do not try and serve me or anyone food that was in another persons possession.

This store has such bad customer service. I called them to order a pizza but they speak to me in such a bad manner… It was a Guy and when I tried to ask him if he could hear me, he responded with such a mean tone!!! Never order anything from here again!!!

Past two times I have came to this location my pizza has not been made properly. I always select no garlic oil. The first time the person tried to tell me I made the mistake when it showed properly on my app and on the print out saying NGO. I picked up pizza tonight and hard the same issue. I did not ask to have it remade since I did not want to have the same interaction with the person who was working who would blame me for the mistake.
The last 3 times I ordered from this Domino's, which is the only one the app will let me order from, I've had the worst delivery guy. First time, he shoved the pizza in my hand and shouted "here's pizza" and left. Second time, he shoved the pizza in my hands, didn't say a word, and took off. Last night, he left it on my front porch without so much as a notification that it was there. I'm never ordering from them again as long as he's working there.

If I could give zero stars i would. Called from econolodge in Manchester 75 west Hancock st Manchester. Order two large pizza to be delivered at 9:35pm.no pizza and hour later after being told 30min. Called and spoke with Irving who said our order had to be canceled due to us being to far away. I asked why did not someone call us Irving said they are too busy and thought they called. I shared my displeasure and mentioned this review and Irving said he does not blame me for putting in bad review. What in the actual is going on here at this pizza shop.?? We lost our way in the service department.

Food isn't that great. They CLOSE at 1....never answer the phone. Always lock the doors early! You close at 1 you don't leave at one.....WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
