Food is good, unbelievable that Empanadas doesn’t come with sauce 😓 I called before making my order and they said it was not problems, then wanted to charge me extra for the sauce? Really disappointing, if you go anywhere in Latin America to eat empanadas and pastelitos sauce is free bc it just comes with that, have ordered from other places never have been charge for the sauce 🤣 pretty crazy

Without a doubt the best and most authentic Spanish food in the city in my opinion and that of my wife and mother in law, who are both of Spanish decent. The chicharons are melt in your mouth delicious and perfectly seasoned and cooked. Everything we've ordered, both times we've gone, has been delicious. The only thing that wasn't 5 star was the rice and beans. Not bad, mind you, but not at the level of everything else. Having said that, I ate them all, lol, just added a little seasoning at home. The atmosphere was great with nice staff and music, but it was pretty cool in there, and I typically like it cool. Despite having a decent dining room with a number of tables, it seems most people were taking their food to go, so perhaps management did n't see the need to have the heat very high. I would estimate it was about 60⁰ in the dining area. That's the only true negative, but it will not stop me from going back.

I really enjoyed my food! They were kind and got it done quickly 😊 I've been missing some authentic food and it really hit the spot. I got the sancocho, yellow rice and beans with pollo guisado and man was it tasty 😋

Ive eaten here 3 times and all 3 times my food was cold or old. The 3rd time was the last time because while sitting at the bar I saw quite a few dead roaches. Then watched a waitress pick a roach out of someone’s to go order like it was no big deal. The woman that work there are very rude and do Minimal work unless you’re a man, they seem to Cater to men..I wish Google made so reviews had to be verified because I know Nelson Rivera is a Fake Reviewz

I ordered a meal at 3 and unfortunately I couldn't go get it when I asked the girl if she could heat it up, what she responded was that the restaurant would be losing, when clearly I had paid, when I told her ok to just put it in the microwave That I would eat there, he answers that I can't because I don't pay the taxes to eat there. What kind of unpleasant service where it doesn't matter that you have paid your money, they still treat you disastrously.

I used to go to this restaurant for the longest and their food used to be alway on point. Lately I have been there three times and three times on a row my food is either burnt or they give me very little. Today I got Moro de guandule and this rice is so burnt, even the smell and they still sold me this. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. They ladies behind the counter are rude. They suck!!

I would give 0 starts if I could. Interior is loud, not friendly servers, pretty slow service. They keep telling you one minute, one minute but you get to wait 20+ minutes for your order with that LOUD music! Worst servers and worst host ever.
