Wow! Absolutely loved our meals here. We just got back from the Dominican for vacation where we tried a lot of local food - so we were excited to find this spot locally. It was incredible! The flavors were absolutely delicious, and I could have had ten orders of the tostones ? we will be coming back for sure!

I really liked the place. We were going to eat and since the food is made on the spot and they have many orders to take away or pick up, it took a long time. It is advisable to go without rushing. Fantastic

This place was really good. I got the pollo dorado which was some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had with the yellow rice. I also got some of the chicharron which is sold by the Lb you can get as little or as much as you like. I got a half Lb and was not disappointed it was clearly salted and boiled then fried to perfection. It is a very small location with little to no parking, I parked next door at the convenience store that had overnight towing signs up with no problem. I see people on here talking bad about the women working in this restaurant…. I went in at noon on Friday 12/29/23 sat myself and was very satisfied with the service I received. I was greeted within 2 minutes, order taken and food being prepared. There were at least 6 women working in this restaurant preparing some of the tastiest food I’ve had in a long while. They had a lot of door dash and food pickups going on in the meantime. If your dining in.. Be patient it will be worth it. I’ll be back soon! <3

So normally I love the food here ,however we ordered pastelillos and hyena de papa and the meat looked raw never have I ever even with seasoning have I ever seen the meat look reddish with pink ,it looked raw we called and complained & brought it in they went out back to speak to the cook claimed it was the “seasoning “ and refused to remake it or give a refund ,no seasoning makes it look like that especially when we had certain food as well that looked perfectly fine with the meat they were rude and did not care to fix the problem I guarantee they would not eat something like this just pure laziness ,my kids were the ones who took a bite into this ,this place is a disgrace and should have the health department called on them ,Horrible customer service, good luck if you order from these people

Food was fantastic and good portion, but took over 30 min to get it. The staff has very minimal English so it's difficult to order with that in mind if you are not bilingual. It made it awkward as the people and the staff in there made you feel a little out of place when you walk in everyone stared at us. Lastly, I would also have rated this higher on the review but they automatically charge a 15% gratuity tip without you realizing until after the fact. I had tipped 20% and realized it after the fact so there goes a 35% tip and definitely was not warranted! So angry!!

Authentic and amazing. The ladies are very sweet and the small restaurant seems like a large family. I love

I can't speak on the atmosphere because I did order through GrubHub (that's the service I speak of) but my food was AMAZING!! I ordered the Carne asada with sweet plantains and the steak tacos with yellow rice. First off, the rice had so much flavor I wish I ordered a side of it as well. The steak tacos were a little soggy (they came on a Styrofoam container) but the flavors were on point. The sweet plantains were a bit mushy but so delicious. The Carne asada was just ok. The steak was a little too dry and the grilled onions and peppers weren't really grilled but that's ok. I will definitely order from here again. I got my food through GrubHub and it showed up piping hot so that's awesome as well.

My experience at Don Quijote was a sad one. I enter the door, and the greeting was, "what do you want?" I replied that I wanted to seat, the server stated, that I can seat wherever I wanted. I ordered a Paella ? , which happens to be one of my favorite dishes. The strikes the server took were the following, gave me a menu with the enthusiasm of someone who hates the work they are doing. I requested a Pasion fruit juice, and proceeded to look at the menu. That's when I saw paella. The menu stated $30.00 seems ok for a seafood-rice mix of "glory". I asked the waitres how long will it take. I know my dish i know the lengthy time it takes. She stated 35 min and said I could choose other thing if too long. I said inside, well don't thing too highly of what is coming 35 min for a paella is very little time. In the mean time my juice depleted and I was never asked if I wanted another drink, later when I was eating I asked for a bottle of water as I was choking with the food. At the end as time progressed the waitres change mood, yet service is for clear reasons nor her thing. She walked by and asked if I was desperate for the long wait for the food. I responded, that I was not. Food started coming, one thing I was not expecting was the sweet plantains with the food, the other thing was the portion. The bill came and they already added 15% gratuity and 1.20 for using a credit card, prices also seem to be increased due to the used of credit card... well see picks and be the judge, the paella was not the best in taste and it cooled down rather quick after serve, as if it was done with left over rice...

Bartender is very unwelcoming and borderline rude. She really hates her job. Looks at you like she hates you. Seriously! Smiles are free. Just sayin.
