Save yourself the trouble of this dunkin and go to literally any other one down the road, usually don't leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. As someone who worked at drive throughs, please teach your employees basic customer service dunkin. I wouldn't have even been upset with my hot drink you made iced if your girl in the dive through was at least somewhat nice to me.

Worst experience- Oct 28th 10am. waited 10+ mins not even addressed. 6+ employees. Milk machine empty then decaf coffee needed to be made. Counter customers waiting too long for orders. Front counter person then starts making take out orders instead. Employees being rude to drive through customers over headsets. I left without an order as well as another customer ended up seeing them at the Dunkin down the street in and out so quick.

If I could rate a 0 star I would. I’m not sure why this specific location “doesn’t do hot foods” at the drive through. Once being told this, I then ordered online. 2 hash browns and a stuffer. Went to the window and got 1 hash brown and 1 stuffer. I had to walk in to get my hash brown to see 4 employees hanging out by the food and one going through the milk for expirations. Not only did they not get my order right, but the bag they gave me looks like they pulled it out from under the stove. My 5 piece hash brown had 3 has browns, and my stuffer was far from warm, the hash I had to walk in and ask for was warm luckily. SAVE YOURSELF the headache. Skip this dunks and go a few more lights down the road to the next. This dunks is terrible.

HUGE interior - many tables, unlike the 2 tables in the corner setup I’ve seen usually. Polite staff. Menu had interesting maple syrup / maple sugar options. Service was prompt. Food is good at Dunkin as always.

the app charged me 25 and i was only supposed to pay 13 and with that the donuts i ordered were messed up, i told about the incident and avoided it to solve the problem

I have been coming in here for three weeks getting the same drink from a mobile order for some reason the mobile order was for a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee and they watched me throw it away and they didn’t offer to change it to the same drink that I had been getting for the last three weeks if it was because the price difference I would’ve paid for it although it seems kind of weird that you get less coffee more ice in an iced coffee and it’s also not brewed right then in there it’s on a tap And you pay more for iced coffee? But anyways it wasn’t about trying to save $.50 or something it was the fact that it just was put in my order wrong the other place that made the hot coffee instead of the iced coffee they changed it and this was just me re-clicking the last thing I ordered Because I don’t ever remember clicking hot coffee but it is in here as a hot coffee so I accidentally re-ordered the wrong thing and they didn’t offer to change it so so now I can’t go back here because to not care about the people that spend their money with you all the time and get the same thing all the time and you just blatantly let them lose out on $3 instead of a multi billion dollar company that is very shallow in my eyes like they don’t even know who owns Dunkin’ Donuts right now yet they think that the person that owns Dunkin’ Donuts wouldn’t let me get an iced coffee after seeing me for three weeks in the same place getting iced coffee he would rather me go to aroma joes now because its in walking distance from my job

Very last time I'm going to Dunkins, period. I'm so so so sick of staff not caring about very serious allergens that their customers have and I'm sick of them getting my order wrong EVERY TIME. Ordered a matcha latte with oatmilk and informed them of my allergy. I was served a regular latte with milk. I told them this was wrong and reitterated my order and allergy. They made My matcha latte in THE SAME CUP as the old latte. Not only would this impact the flavor of the drink but it would EXPOSE ME TO MY ALLERGEN. I could tell it was the same because they left caramel syrup on the cup. I went inside and asked if they could remake my drink in a fresh, new cup. I was met with eye rolls and attitude that wasn't necessary. What if I had such a bad allergy that I needed to be hospitalized?

My very first job was at Dunkin donuts when I was 15, which really wasn't that long ago. It is not that hard to take and make an order. Even when its busy, its still not that hard. I'm sick of wasting over $5 for subpar service and drinks.

Every Dunkins ought to retain your staff because they're more of a liability than an asset.

Everytime I go through this drive through something is wrong. A month ago I got a piece of wax paper in my bacon egg and cheese that had one piece of bacon and my avocado toast had also half a piece of bacon crumbled(not even exaggerating because I used to work here I know the quantities they’re supposed to use) Last time I went through I got literally one half piece of bacon crumbled onto my avocado toast as well and also they did not double toast my English muffin even though they repeated my order back, which isn’t an issue, mistakes happen. But it is when it’s every single time I go here. Today I went through and ordered an avocado toast with bacon which was actually great this time, and a sausage wrap which was over cooked and the cheese was nearly burnt, and a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin with white cheddar and double toasted. It was barely toasted once, had American cheese, and the egg was dry, like cmon I know it’s fast food and my expectations are never high, but that on top of the rude lady at the second window who asked us what we were waiting on and if we paid, cut my fiancé off when she tried responding with “yeah okay yes yeah I get it okay” and walked away while my fiancé was just trying to say what we ordered, it was just the the last straw because it takes little effort to smile or be respectful especially when there’s 1 car in the lot and none in drive through, and she clearly just wants to go back to going on her phone(which we could see through the window). The only nice worker here is Crystal who is always sympathetic and makes sure to personally my our food when we come here so it’s correct, but super unnecessary if the employees just do their jobs, been there and it can be stressful but it’s not hard as a crew member to make the right order or even show common decency
