Been a loyal customer to this location for years now. Service this week has been awful. Never have anything in stock. They accept orders they can't fill and provide no refund. The male manager is awful and has no customer service whatsoever. Hopefully they get there staff back in order. Its sad to see that since hes been on the mornings the staff looks miserable. They are constantly put of stuff. Now I have jump through hoops to get a refund. I won't be returning to this location.

Every time I come to this Dunkin, everyone is so pleasant and the food and coffee is always made great.
Messed up a simple order for 3rd time. Big shocker there. I don't understand how a croissant gets confused for a wrap

Save yourself the trouble of this dunkin and go to literally any other one down the road, usually don't leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. As someone who worked at drive throughs, please teach your employees basic customer service dunkin. I wouldn't have even been upset with my hot drink you made iced if your girl in the dive through was at least somewhat nice to me.
