went on christmas eve - ordered my food, pulled up to window, was going to pay for my food and decided to ask how much the persons behind me was. older lady immediately scoffs gives me a nasty look and says “i don’t have time for that right now.” and rips my card out of my hand. alrighty then!

I've come here at least 3 times to get my coffee and it's been wrong every single time. I never thought I'd be the one to say this, but how hard is it to make a coffee when the customer tells you how they want it made. For the amount of money you pay for a coffee you should get what you pay for. I won't be back to this location.

Today I waited in line for 30 mins for my food, I completely understand it’s a holiday but it became unacceptable when 2 cars behind both placed orders at the speaker got there food before mine, coffee quality is always poor and never tastes right, I will not be going back and will be telling family and friends to avoid this location at all cost, tired of driving to another store to have my items fixed

This is by far the worst dunkin in Manchester staff is rude and hard to communicate with, with that the coffee is always made not to my order. The am and midday stuff are terrible.

They don't read the order at all...they give you the wrong food...they don't care about customers as long as they get your money...they don't answer the phones...no refund possibility for their mistakes...they lost a customer today...I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Been a loyal customer to this location for years now. Service this week has been awful. Never have anything in stock. They accept orders they can't fill and provide no refund. The male manager is awful and has no customer service whatsoever. Hopefully they get there staff back in order. Its sad to see that since hes been on the mornings the staff looks miserable. They are constantly put of stuff. Now I have jump through hoops to get a refund. I won't be returning to this location.
