Customer Service skills need some work, looking down on a device when a customer approaches knowing the customer is there without greeting, etc, asked for lightly toasted, not sure if it went over everyone’s head.

I ordered my usual iced decaf black no sugar. It must have been made with hot coffee because the ice was melted. Than I asked for the senior discount and was told they don’t offer it that was disappointing.

They always do a great job and I think it’s the manager but he always takes extra time to make sure you are taken care of. I have never had a bad experience here and always walk away surprised at the service in the mall! Great job ?

All the people who work here are super nice and know what they're doing, my drink usually always turns out perfect and so does my food! If somethings wrong wrong with it they're willing to fix it and are super nice about it. I was also told that this store is the one they train new people at, so that explains why it can be a little slow on busier days, but oher than that this is a good Dunkins!!

I ordered a large iced latte with less ice and I got a half filled coffee with less ice. The ice apparently is half of what you get when you spend $5.41 for a large iced latte

for a training store, these guys are always efficient. i’m here all the time and i get an iced cappuccino and this is the only store that makes it right. the employees are the best
