Dunkin'

No employee to be found…not behind the counter anyway. Customers came and went. No service. No purchase. Then I spotted her. It turns out she was camped out in a chair across the airport corridor, watching customers come and go. She had herself a fan set up and her feet propped up. Ya’ll gotcha a winner here!

Dunkin’ is at the end of the terminal at Manchester. It wasn’t too busy while I was there, the gal working was friendly and with the $6 meal deal it’s the cheapest place to eat I the airport.

5:39pm Thursday 8/17 I walked by and no one was behind the counter. A girl was sitting on the massage chairs texting. I asked if Dunkin was closed and she said “they’re closed.” Didn’t admit she was an employee or even on break. Out of curiosity I put in a mobile order and just popped up at 5:46pm to make it then went back to the massage chairs. Shaking my head…. This girls career is cooked.

Angelina was super awesome! We made a mistake with our order and she was cheerfully helpful in reversing the payment and reprocessing our order for us. We really appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help without seeming put off. She's a great customer-facing representative and a valuable asset to Dunkin' Donuts. She truly seemed to enjoy and love her job.

The associate was by herself, amazingly fast, accurate order - and she was pleasant! She definitely needs to be recognized by corporate!! A+++ score! Well done girlie!!

Give the woman a raise! She is a one woman operation and crushing it. She should be paid double as she’s doing the job of 2

I don't know the employees name as she was moving/busy and was a 1 person show. Kept line going, took order with a smile. This location is lucky to have her, and as always, food was great! (Someone give her a bonus/raise.)

This place is a mess. Every time I come here there's a guy working that barely looks awake. Stood in line waiting for 10 minutes before someone popped out of the back. Literally said to me this past time "Any other hot food before I have to walk back there?"

The Shop inside security cleans it's machines 3 hrs before they close... :/. so they can't make smoothies or coolatas!?!
