second week in a row late at night my coffee is wrong . i paid 10 bucks for the wrong stuff . i go for a treat and it hasn’t been right . money is tight these days and sometimes we need a treat . i won’t be going to this location anymore sadly .
Let me start by saying I love Dunkin’. I’m leaving this review to highlight an issue that needs attention. I no longer visit this location because almost every time I order an iced coffee, it tastes strongly of the cleaning chemicals used on the equipment. It’s not only unpleasant but makes the drink undrinkable.
My usual order is a medium cold brew, black. I hope this can be addressed quickly so I can feel confident returning to this location.

Bad customer service. Employee didn't acknowledge the end of the transaction at all. Asked for easy ice and the cup could not be more filled with ice. I usually love Dunkin through and through so I was surprised, enough to go out of my way to write a review :( wish these guys the best with improving the workflow.
I love Dunkin's location for the people, the service, and the product. Although I did a drive-thru, I also had to go in to use the facility. The drive-thru was busy but the staff kept that line moving with no wait. I decided to go inside and the facility as well as restrooms were very clean. It was peaceful inside. A great place to read a book or review emails.

Typically, this place is great. Came this morning apparently the lady at the drive-through didn’t hear me say “thank you, you too” and as I was driving away, she yelled at the window “Thanks. Have a great day too”. It’s not my fault that she didn’t hear me. Snarkiness to regular customers is not great customer service.

HORRIBLE Service. They expect their customers to know their business and refuse to provide even sweetener for their 1/3 full cup of coffee because the customer was unaware there was none anywhere in the restaurant and was supposed somehow know they needed to ask for it when they order.
Overpriced for their 1/3 full cup of coffee and day old donuts with help ignorant customer service people full of attitude against customers. I don't recommend anything from here.

I specifically drive out of my way to go to this location. The employees are attentive despite being slammed busy which I super appreciate since my husband has a dietary restriction and doesn't use sugar in his coffee. I understand it's natural and accidents happen but I do not have that issue at CandianRoad. The overnight team is great at this location!

For the past five years, this has been my go-to spot for my morning iced coffee. I’ve been a loyal customer, visiting daily with the same order, and even tipping the staff $150 during the holidays, four times a year. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill recently.
My order is simple: iced coffee with regular cream, sugar, and a flavor shot. However, for the past month, the older gentleman who makes the coffees has consistently made it wrong. He refuses to add cream, claiming he doesn’t drink his coffee that way and thinks it looks fine. This interaction has become a frustrating routine where I end up with the wrong coffee every time. When I ask for it to be fixed, I’m met with attitude and long waits as staff members, who seem to be doing nothing, ignore me.
The quality of the coffee has also declined—it’s undrinkable. The manager is unprofessional, often glaring at customers instead of assisting. There’s always a line of people waiting while the staff stands around chatting. There used to be one employee in the drive-thru who went out of his way to help, even when he was busy, but now he’s gone.
This rapid decline in service and quality highlights the importance of good management, and unfortunately, this location doesn’t have it anymore. After years of loyalty, I won’t be coming back.
