I am not sure if it is the manager or a shift leader however whoever is in charge ( went on 2-25 830am) was extremely rude to this teenager who was simply doing his job. Customers could hear and just the overall “atmosphere” in the place at this time was loud and not welcoming

Came at a brisk 1:45 pm to grab a coffee, all the crew members in and out the back door to smoke while the line stays at a stand still for more than 20 minutes. Great service dunks!

Second time visiting a Dunkins in 2 days where my order was incorrect because the person taking my order was not listening. I had to repeat it 3 times for them to get it correct. I understand it was busy today, 2-11-26, but it was not busy enough to be completely terrible at working the store.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews until it’s a recurring issue. This is the worst Dunkin in the area, this one is the closest to my home and for sure never going back. Wait times was 22 minutes and I just ended up leaving I usually have my newborn who cries when the car is not moving. 22 minutes for a latte no thanks and only 4 cars in front of me. The other time long wait time 10 minutes and they forgot my straw even when I reminded them.

I want to start by saying that the customer service at this location is generally very good, and I always feel respected as a customer. However, the major issue here is time management and overall workflow.
There have been many occasions where I placed an order 15 minutes ahead and still arrived to find it not ready. Even worse, I’ve waited in the drive-through for well over 15 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me. Inside the store, it often feels chaotic—staff seem overwhelmed, and there’s very little organization or flow. I’ve even had to leave the drive-through line and go inside just to get my order.
I genuinely don’t like being “that” customer, especially because the employees are very kind, but at this point I think management needs to meet with the owner of the Beach Street location and learn how to improve operations. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long at a fast-food establishment.

I absolutely am disgusted it with this Dunkin’ Donuts anytime I go there. My coffee literally has 34 ice cubes. The coffee is never full of ice. You might as well call it down lukewarm coffee because it’s just not iced coffee. Coffee is disgusting in here every single time it taste like water down swamp water. I cannot take it anymore. I’m so angry with all the money I’ve wasted here.

Amazing service. Accidentally ordered two meals through the app. They gave us our money back in cash and we got a bigger size, so caring.
There was this one ginger worker he was so nice and hard working and seemed like a really hard worker and the food was better taken care of then the other Dunkin’ Donuts in Manchester but that ginger worker really made this place amazing

Got med Coffee with cream and a large coffee and both taste like water with cream and when look in the coffee it looked like water down cream. Done with that Dunkin donuts shop on Second St. Manchester, NH definitely a through away a waste of money!!!

Friendly little Dunkin' that is working on developing a connection to the community. The clientele and associates make me think 🤔 of the "Golden Girls" visiting "🥂 Cheers". Customers were actually addressed by their name 📛 and one associate was talking to a group of ladys who were crocheting. There are outlets where you can charge your device. I would recommend a plug that will prevent your device from being hacked or prevent the download of malware. I ordered a Dunkin's refresher online and it was ready when I arrived. My second 🥈 visit, I just had a coffee ☕ with five Munchkins. It was Dunkin' but I liked both. If you like Dunkin', or Dunkin, or Dunkin Donuts, then I recommend this one.
Vegetarian options: Dunkin's food is not known for vegetarian options. You can have almond or oat milk with your coffee ☕.
Dietary restrictions: It is recommended on the app to let your server know about your dietary limitations ahead of time before you order.
