Had to repeat order 3 times, and both sandwiches were horrendous

The app let me place an order and it said they were open. Mind you this is before 6pm on a Saturday. I got there and they were closed. So they have my money and I dont get my coffee and food. Awesome

I placed an order via door dash and I was informed by the dasher that Dunkin is out of donuts . if that was the case then why accept my order ? very bad service and responsibility by this location.

The worst service ever, I was asked twice when I got to the window what I ordered and then when the girl gave me my bagel, she literally threw it at me, bag was ripped and my bagel had a dime size of cream cheese on it. If I didn't have to be somewhere I would of went back there. Horrible, I don't think I'll ever go to Dunkin again, I'll go else where for sure next time.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’. I waited over 20 minutes for a single drink. It took 10 minutes just to be acknowledged at the counter, and when someone finally spoke to me, I was told nothing had been stocked overnight — they had to go out to a shed to get the concentrate for my drink. Seriously?

I asked for a refund and was ignored. No apology, no update, zero sense of urgency. When I finally got the drink, it tasted chemically and borderline undrinkable. On top of that, the staff looked like they either didn’t want to be there or had no idea what they were doing. Won’t be back — and I’d warn others to avoid this location altogether.

Honestly, if this place goes out of business soon!!!! I won't be surprised. Thanks to the employees, them 2 girls. There are the most rude customer service they could hire .
If you hate what you do, find something else !!!!!! For them to have heavy metal playing and can't hear you and you have to repeat yourself more than 2 times there is a problem .and their attitude is like they are bother for having a job!!!!! Really rude

Came to the drive-thru I found out that there's a new kid working which is fine that's cool and then I find out that there's no manager online I proceeded to sit in the Drive-Thru for like a half an hour waiting for just a coffee and a sandwich to find out that they don't have the sandwich and then she proceeded to tell me that she can't give me my money back so and I'm getting you this I'm working as a delivery driver trying to go do my job so I had to leave so pretty much they rip me off money and the chick was rude as hell tell him she can't pop open the register didn't give me my money for the sandwich she was rude is all hell like as far as I'm concerned they owe me money now and now I'm pissed off and I can't even what I get ripped off because some chick doesn't want to do her job like if there's no manager working and then you got some amateur training somebody and she's all frustrated telling me that you can't pop open the register
