Dunkin'

Customer service is awful, rude and not helpful. Item not avail when picking up mobile order. Unable to refund. I guess I’ll take the employees recommendation of going to a 24 hour dunkin and not bringing my business here. Also complained of same last week still no response from mgr / corporate.

They should not except mobile on the go orders at the location. Horrible ,slow . I put the order in 2 minutes prior to arriving.paid inside for gas . Filled my tank, came back in for a recipt. And ti ket for dunks is till on the machine not even looked at . Mine was the only one !

Worst service and they forget to give you 1/2 of your order. $10 for a donut and bagel these employees need some serious training

This is the worst DD I've ever delt with! When you can actually get them to do there jobs it takes forever and it's still not done right... get food that's still cold in the middle and coffees hardly ever made the way you ask for them... and when you try talking to them about the issue they argue with you and give you attitude and tell you to stop coming here if you don't like it!!! I've asked several times to speak with a manager or get manager information and am told there's not a manager on and they can't give me the managers name. Started going to the one down the road "which is GREAT" and am told they get customers all the time coming to them complaining about that store and having to redo orders... ? HORRIBLE!!!!

EDITED:(SEE BELOW⬇️?)Great place, friendly staff, perfect food and drinks, clean and fast service, as long as this is the one off exit 1 on NH101 in Auburn in the Mr.Mikes/mobile gas station cuz they're the best in the whole area from Manchester to the seacoast!! Craig, Ashley, Alexis, Olivia, Diane and anyone else I haven't mentioned (because I may not know your name)are exceptional! They go above and beyond for their customers and actually care and make their food and drinks with love ♡ and you can taste the difference ? they're all amazing employees and whoever does the hiring continue to hire amazing people and you know exactly what a business needs. You've all done a great job and I will forever be loyal to this store because of their employee's and how they treat customers with the upmost respect and kindness!! Tysm for having the best Dunkin ever! This store should really be an example of how all fast food restaurants should be run!!!?

I go to this Dunkin’’ Donuts every morning. I have never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts that has been so disrespectful. This crack head girl who was taking orders inside when I was at the drive through that was working was so disrespectful. My boyfriend went last week and the same girl working told him in the drive through he was the worst person to order, and than yesterday the same girl when I ordered gave me attitude when I was ordering, and wouldn’t even let me order. I said never mind and drove off. When I drove away the girl working was waving to me out the window as there was customers in line waiting for their food. My friend was at the window and saw the whole thing. Also, the girl that disrespected me that was working, her car was all smashed outside and there was an insurance person there taking pictures of her car. I really hope this girl doesn’t go off disrespecting other people just to be happy. I will not be going to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. I will go in to the gas station where I am respected, and I will drive further down to a different dunks where they make my food correctly, don’t complain about orders, and they don’t make customers feel uncomfortable. I don’t know how this girl has a job but instead of disrespecting customers, maybe be nice to customers so you can get tips so you can get your meth teeth fixed.

Lady with the red hair and long fake nails is super rude we went through drive through ordered a caramel latte they hand us a drink that isn’t ours didn’t even have the right label on it and the lady with red hair rudely stated that the caramel macchiato is ours and we said we didn’t order a macchiato so a man came over and tried to tell us that we did. she stirred the same drink slapped a different label on it and handed it to us mumbling that we are d**** No greeting at all no apology for the confusion (which it wasn’t a big deal at all we just wanted our drink it became a big deal we she gave attitude and demanded that was our drink) just pure attitude the entire time what a great start to my husbands Father’s Day having to deal with a woman that has no buissnes being in customer service. Apon reading other reviews I’m not the only one that has had an issue with rude service there. We will not be back we should have went to the Dunkins down the road instead never had an issue with those guys

If a taco order doesn't come with two tacos, don't put two tacos in the picture on the part of the menu where it lists the prices. It's misleading. Especially when they're so pathetically small and disappointing. $3.19 for 3 bites worth of taco?! What a rip off!! The taco shop near where I just moved from sells 3 bfast tacos twice the size for the same price. Just a dollar each and they're infinitely better tasting. Also doesn't help to be rude when taking orders.

I normally stay away from any DD in a gas station but this one rocks! Super fast and the sandwiches are actually toasted. Highly recommend.

I was at a different Dunkin Donuts that's normally really good but was unable to get service, so came to this one and MMMM that was a good choice.I actually got a response on the speaker, the young lady asked specific questions about how I wanted the new Caramel Chocolate cold brew, and made my food quickly and deliciously. Glad I came by!!
