There's two maybe three employees here that try to keep things running but it's just not enough. Incredibly slow at the drive-thru and if you order mobile for an inside pickup expect to be standing there for 15 minutes minimum. They're also very cheap on the toppings and condiments that are supposed to come with orders. For example this is the last two times I have ordered loaded queso hash browns...

Friendly service. I ordered a Strawberry 🍓 Dragon fruit Refresher through the app. You do not get a lot but it did hit the spot on a hot 🥵 day!

Wonderful Service, I was greeted with a smile and kind word. The coffee was made correctly and tasted amazing. The person who helped me is AWESOME. The location is easily accessible. Good parking and 2 points of egress.

Terrible location. I been going here for a few months now off and on and it's really hit or miss, they DO NOT prioritize mobile orders at all, I'd be standing there waiting 15 minutes for my order meanwhile 5 people walk in and get everything. Then the workers have the AUDACITY to yell at me about me complaining saying I should remind them??? Like hello???

Customer service is awful, rude and not helpful. Item not avail when picking up mobile order. Unable to refund. I guess I’ll take the employees recommendation of going to a 24 hour dunkin and not bringing my business here. Also complained of same last week still no response from mgr / corporate.

They should not except mobile on the go orders at the location. Horrible ,slow . I put the order in 2 minutes prior to arriving.paid inside for gas . Filled my tank, came back in for a recipt. And ti ket for dunks is till on the machine not even looked at . Mine was the only one !

This is the worst DD I've ever delt with! When you can actually get them to do there jobs it takes forever and it's still not done right... get food that's still cold in the middle and coffees hardly ever made the way you ask for them... and when you try talking to them about the issue they argue with you and give you attitude and tell you to stop coming here if you don't like it!!! I've asked several times to speak with a manager or get manager information and am told there's not a manager on and they can't give me the managers name. Started going to the one down the road "which is GREAT" and am told they get customers all the time coming to them complaining about that store and having to redo orders... ? HORRIBLE!!!!

EDITED:(SEE BELOW⬇️?)Great place, friendly staff, perfect food and drinks, clean and fast service, as long as this is the one off exit 1 on NH101 in Auburn in the Mr.Mikes/mobile gas station cuz they're the best in the whole area from Manchester to the seacoast!! Craig, Ashley, Alexis, Olivia, Diane and anyone else I haven't mentioned (because I may not know your name)are exceptional! They go above and beyond for their customers and actually care and make their food and drinks with love ♡ and you can taste the difference ? they're all amazing employees and whoever does the hiring continue to hire amazing people and you know exactly what a business needs. You've all done a great job and I will forever be loyal to this store because of their employee's and how they treat customers with the upmost respect and kindness!! Tysm for having the best Dunkin ever! This store should really be an example of how all fast food restaurants should be run!!!?
