I came here for a black tea and a sandwich i ask to have the cheese melted and they told me no everyother Dunkin’s I visit usually does this for me with no problem very disappointing didn’t get my sandwich don’t recommend this place

Young ladies were awesome.Their names are triana reached they were awesome compared to the other Dunkin.Don't worth 2 very unprofessional at the other doctor though I was surprised shocked, I go to dangerous every morning.With this place was awesome by give them a 100 starrs

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Dunkin'. This place used to be my favorite spot to grab breakfast, but not anymore. The customer service has gone downhill, and most of the employees I’ve encountered lately have been very rude and unprofessional. It honestly makes me feel bad even going there.
There was a time when Dunkin’ was welcoming and friendly, but now I don’t even want to stop by anymore. I would rather go to Starbucks, where the staff are much nicer and treat customers with respect.
If this continues, Dunkin’ is going to lose a lot of loyal customers. It’s really sad to see what used to be a great breakfast place turn into such a disappointing experience.

Love dunkin, but this location is a no go location. Ordered 4 doughnuts and 3 drinks. Doughnuts were so dense and my coffee a large frozen butter pecan was so dry all ice no coffee or flavor. The frozen coffee mixer was bogging down enough to say something ain't right. Will not return here. Drove 40 minutes to my normal dunkin such a difference in quality 👌

The worst service, the worst attitudes, just a terrible experience every single time. 1 coffee and 1 bagel takes 30 minutes and the creatures behind the counter are incapable of functioning

I was just there for a pick up order and the girl at the front desk was beyond rude and disrespectful I’m standing there - first she gave me the wrong juice - fine I hear her whisper u def her breath but if she could read it said apple juice - then after standing there for 5 min I asked about my hash brown - she throws her hands up idk she says ! Not customer service get another job if that’s how you treat people !

Waited for 25 minutes on a Saturday morning in the Drive Thru line only to be rudely told when I tried to order a sandwich that “We aren’t serving food. Is there something else you need?” I was dumbfounded, and said, “You’re not taking food orders?” “We aren’t serving food. Do you need anything?” was the server’s response, delivered with an attitude that sounded like she was talking about something she had to scape off the bottom of her shoe. What breakfast business doesn’t serve food on Saturday morning? Why wasn’t there a sign? If they were only serving drinks, why did it take 25 minutes to serve the 9 people in front of us?

I had a terrible experience at another Dunkin a few days ago and this location was a much better experience. My cashier was quick and helpful and our drinks were correct and delicious.
