If I could leave a 0/5 I would. For the most part I have a regular experience. But on the days Eileen works I end up leaving less happy than I was without food. At first I let it go as a bad day for her but time and time again I come back because it’s on the way to school and every single time I get greeted with the same attitude and aggressiveness, to the point where I have a mental schedule of when she works, to the point where I will drive 15 mins to another location not on my way to school just to avoid that interaction. There should be no reason for her to slam the scanner out of anger every time I asked to tap instead of swipe a card. Terrible ( if I could leave a second review I would. I’m the laziest person I know and if I’m going out of my way to write a review online then you know something is wrong)

The manager who was an old lady with short hair was very impolite and rude (Eileen), causing me to not even want to get dunks from this location anymore, even though it’s the most convenient for me.

I recently had the misfortune of going through the drive-thru at the Dunkin' near the circle on a Wednesday, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience, all thanks to one worker named Eileen. From the moment I pulled up, she was rude and aggressive, making me feel incredibly unwelcome. She yelled at customers through the intercom for no apparent reason and even growled at people who simply wanted to place their orders. When I handed Eileen cash at the drive-thru, she actually growled at me! It was so bizarre and uncomfortable. I mean, who growls at customers? It felt like I was in some weird horror movie instead of just trying to grab my coffee. Her attitude was just completely out of line. I can't believe a place like Dunkin' would employ someone like Eileen. I'll definitely be avoiding this location on Wednesdays from now on, since those are the days she works.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now. When micheal and Serena ran it, it was quick and everyone was so nice. As someone who works in a fast pace resturant I totally get the pressure it can hold. I've also worked at the raymond dunks so I can also understand some people are just out of pocket so i am always as polite as possible. The past few times I've stopped at this location I'm pretty sure she's the manager older lady with short hair was so rude it's disgusting. I asked for extra ice in a drink that still had an inch of empty space in the cup it being a shaken expresso and she started arguing with me about it. I said it's ok if you can do it and she just kept yelling at me about how I don't know how to order a drink. I drove off. I will not be going again. That lady needs to be fired for her professionalism. I feel bad for the staff who has to take her abuse.

This has to be the worst location around, also who ever owns this chain should be seriously ashamed with themselves especially for how much the pay their employees, 13$ a hour is not enough to survive absolutely disgraceful

All these comments about the rude old lady are spot on! Her name is Ilene or Irene or something and she’s ALWAYS in a terrible mood. After the first time i witnessed her scream at a young employee in front of me, i wanted to give her a chance, thinking maybe it’s just a bad day. The look on that poor kids face - i felt terrible! I’ve come back here a handful of times and each time she’s there in a terrible mood, treating her employees like actual garbage and customers like an inconvenience. Any issues with employees should be handled out of sight from customers, but honestly none of them are an issue!! She’s the reason we try to go to the dunkin down the street if we can.

Unfortunately, I have had multiple negative experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts, all because of a particularly rude woman who works there. As a local customer, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day (we all do). However, after several visits, I realized that this is her usual demeanor. She is consistently rude, openly yells at me, and seems utterly miserable with her life. It’s gotten to the point where I will drive to the next closest Dunkin’ just to avoid her. I really hope DD provides her with customer service training because I doubt I'm the only one who feels this way!

Associate was great, but typical bagged Dunkin drinks. I remembered shortly after ordering why I don't drink Dunks. Associate gets 5 ⭐!

I had the displeasure of visiting this Dunkin' location on Sunday, September 15th, at approximately 10 a.m. After pulling up to the drive-thru order station, I waited for 11 minutes, repeatedly saying 'hello' without getting any response. As a few cars behind me began honking and a truck revved its engine, I decided to pull up to the window, thinking there might be an issue with the intercom.

When I got to the window, a young man greeted me. I explained that I had been waiting, assuming the intercom was malfunctioning. He apologized, saying they were busy, which was understandable. However, I was taken aback when he told me I'd have to go around and wait in line again. I thought he was joking at first, but it became clear he wasn't. He mentioned that if he took my order, his manager would yell at him. This was confirmed moments later when I asked if I could speak to the manager, and Eileen proceeded to yell 'Whaaaaatt!!!' from somewhere inside.

At that point, with a screaming infant and another child crying in the car, I was questioning my life choices—was it really worth getting yelled at over a chocolate glazed donut? We eventually left with the donut 15 minutes later, but the experience was far from worth it.

Zero out of ten would I suggest this location. I genuinely feel bad for the 8 cars still stranded in the drive-thru line. My thoughts are with you all.

Manager was very rude did not get her name but she was an older lady with short curly hair. I ordered my food and drink at the drive thru and everything was fine. I pull up to the window where she yelled at me and told me I didn’t order my food already. Then very rudely took my order again. On top of yelling at me, she was also yelling at one of the workers who seemed new. The workers apologized for her after, they said she is always like this. I do not think it’s fair for any customer or coworker to have to deal with this, thank you.
