Just stopped in there for a cup of coffee and a doughnut. This looks like the tightest run Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever seen in my life. Every person was working on something, and working together in a way I normally don’t see a Dunkin’ Donuts. I had my coffee and donut within about two minutes of ordering, and there was a line of eight or 10 people behind me, and there were just as many in front of me when I got there. I believe somebody was working on my coffee as I was ordering it. Great Job

Great app for Order Ahead option and walk inside to pickup. Usually passes 5-10 people. Order before I leave the house, ready when I get there, extremely accurate.

I would honestly give this location 0 stars if I could. So I used to get food from this location a few times a week, but lately its only been once or twice a week. I use the ap to order, which is convenient, unless you send someone else to get your food because it is a 50/50 chance they will give them all of your order. Yet the stickers on all the bags or drinks say how many items are in the order and how many are drinks. Yet they still can not get it right. Then you have to argue to get refunded, because some workers say they can't refund you.

Service at this location is hit or miss, but generally not great as in very slow. At least they generally look like they are trying (unlike at other dunks). It was a Sat morning, 9 am there were 10 cars ahead of me and line was not moving. I left to go to Brown Ave and that ended up being a disaster. No more dunks for me. I don't know if they can't get good help or if the company understaffs to save money, but I'm not going to deal with it anymore. I'm deleting the app to. It's just not worth the aggravation.

I (used to..) order from here pretty regularly, its the closest dunkins to my work, and they regularly mess up my order.. we place orders online, and then pick them up, and almost every time they forget something... and the best part, is that they then try to weasel out of giving you your money back by saying that its difficult when done on the app.. So you're telling me I paid for food, get my order, and it's not there, and you think its ok Not to refund it??? That is impressive, only problem is, that is not My Problem, you forget things in my order, I expect my money back.. You don't like it, don't mess up the order.

they forgot my drink and got mad when my dasher went back for it. they made my sandwiches wrongs put cheese on them after i said no cheese and im allergic. my sandwiches looked like they had been stepped on. do not go

Disgusting in every sense of the word. Dirty, moldy ice machines, crumbs everywhere, spilled coffee everywhere, sticky counters, no straws, no napkins, overflowing trash, employees in filthy clothes (like really filthy), employees look unbathed, bed head, crusty eyes, miserable to talk to, what else can I say about this gas station dump of a southern New Hampshire Dunks. If you don't actually get physically sick from the lack of restaurant hygiene in the kitchen or the pink moldy ice (that you can easily taste in unflavored ice coffee) then you might get sick from the filthy people that hate you asking them to do their job. Take a step back and look at what you just bought, look at the garbage that it is, look how slimy and tasteless it is, the gross texture, the soggy half frozen hash browns, the dirty employees that hate making it for you, the way they carelessly slop it all together, the small quantity for the overprice, if you even get what you ordered which is like 50% at best, then ask yourself... Can't I do better than this? Don't I have any self pride? Put this hole out of business.

I’ve had some issues with this Dunkins in the past but they got new management and I think it’s helping . This Sunday crew was AMAZING ! I online ordered , got there in 4 minutes and only had to wait 1-2 minutes for my food . The staff was very friendly and my coffee and food actually came out perfect ??

Staff here is so rude, they just remodeled and they should have also got new workers. I have tried multiple times and it never fails that everytime someone has an attitude

I went in to buy a Chai Latte and to use my points. I asked the person working there if he could help me as I didn't know how to do it on my phone. I ended up losing 900 points AND paying for my drink. Ugh!!! Not happy.
