Worst drive-through ever. They pretend not to hear you, and if you move to the window, they say, 'Oh, we didn’t hear you; you have to turn around again !!!

Christmas day it was very busy and the server at the counter had walked out during an argument with a coworker. As customers we waited in line for assistance until 20 minutes had passed when I had asked if someone was attending the counter due to the server walking out and quitting. Another server replied and said the machine was jammed as they continued to complete mobile orders with 20 customers in store in line, not being attended to. I knew this was a lie so I continue to ask if they had somebody for the counter help, and she replied, stating that they were behind in mobile orders, and that’s what they were concentrated on.

Then the workers got upset, and I was called all kinds of foul names and being yelled at to get out of the store and customer service was disgusting and extremely unprofessional. I will never visit this Dunkins again.!! The customers that stayed online were still not being attending to when I left they were upset that I called them out. I’m not assisting the counter when they had literally 10 servers completing mobile orders.??

Dunkin donuts coffee is great. However, no coffee beans for sale, only ground. Ended up finding the beans at Hannaford.

Best Dunkins in Manchester, the service and atmosphere is the best In the city. They won't mess up your order nearly as often as the other ones. Love the decorations they put up for the holidays as well.

Vegetarian options: Just have to avoid the meats on the menu

Service was fine but they charged me 80 cents for a medium cup of tap water and told me they couldn’t give me a large???? It’s literally tap water you couldn’t give me a large cup of water??? Insane to me there’s no way a cup and straw costs almost a dollar šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

THIS HAS BECOME MY DUNKS!! it's close to home! ALWAYS VERY CLEAN!!
So first I would like to comment on the amazing decor!!!! EVERY HOLIDAY!!!! The decor šŸ˜ AMAZING POSITIVE VIBES ANNND EXTRAVAGANT!!
Next i would just like to comment on the customer service!!! Right as I walk in im GREETED! my coffee is ALWAYS DONE āœ…ļø RIGHT!! and honestly I just love the positivity!!! I know it's not a big deal and not all fast food places need to be positive because it's a very stressful environment BUUUT THIS PLACE THE EMPLOYEES MAKE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY!!!!
I'm regular customer and I always feel welcome and catered to!!!
You do not get This at every dunkin' donuts!!!
Also I would like to add THE DUNKIN DONUTS APP!!! ooomg!! AMAZZZINGGG!!
EVERY COUPLE OF VISITS.I GET A FREE COFFEE!! I LOVE LOVE THE POINT SYSTEM ON THE DUNKIN DONUTS APP!!
And all of The other wonderful things you can do on the dunkins app!!

I had ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich on the app and my drink came out and I was told my sandwich would be ready in a few minutes. I waited 10 minutes, and no sandwich and no other interaction with the staff. I ended up leaving as the manager was getting frustrated with something and even the employees responded to the frustration. It was a terrible experience. I’m also never going back as of 10/24 because this is the second time I got the same bullshit from this location and left without food that I have paid for. This location sucks and will never see me again. They should just close this location, it’s garbage.

It's must have been this particular dunkin ? because normally dunkin gets a above average score...but the employees ? ,food was burnt ...and i was the only person there and they were busy doing their chores rather than paying attention to me

I regularly use the Dunkin' app to place my orders and I've lost count of how many times I've received the wrong order or have had items missing from my order. I reach out to customer service and it takes days for them to contact you.

Went to drive through speaking to someone on the phone in another language with my car audio. They refused to serve me due to ā€œnot understanding my Englishā€. English is my native language and I have an American accent if any… I drove up to the window to see if maybe i was just not speaking loud enough and they said they can’t serve ā€œmy kindā€.

Spilled hot beverage in my lap causing me to lift my bottom off the seat and to open the door once I got past the window. Destroyed my shoes, jeans. Hot coffee all over my car. Nearly ran myself over when I got out. No one asked how I was. They refused to give me their names or a receipt. They said it was my fault because their lids do not fit correctly and I should have grabbed the cup from them differently when they handed it to me. Nearly 6 months now and their insurance company won’t respond to me because they can’t find the employees working that day. They employees threatened to call cops on ME. Horrible experience. 921 Beech IN Manchester is a horrible place. Do not go there.
