These employees are the poster child for how a Dunkin’ should be run. The flow, the customer service, the management, and the overall vibe are truly the best in the state. I can order my coffee while I’m walking in, and it’s ready by the time I step through the door. They absolutely blow the 2nd Street location out of the water!
Dear owner: if you happen to own both locations, please consider having the staff from this store train the team over there—because that location is seriously struggling with cohesiveness.
Nonetheless, the employees at this location take the crown for being the absolute best Dunkin’ in the entire state!

Your coworer MYA keeps messing with the ingredients in my coffee because we know each other and did not end on great terms. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be returning to this dunkins everr.

Busy place that has a staff that works great together to handle it.
Every time I go to this Dunkin, they make me move up or rush me out of line because of their “timer” on the drive thru. There have been times where I checked to make sure my order is correct (it usually isn’t), and I have been snapped at to drive away.
This morning, as I was exiting the drive thru onto the street I had to wait for someone who had the right of way to pass- and I got yelled at by the employee out of the window, saying: “CAN YOU DRIVE PLEASE?”
Real nice- safe to say I won’t be returning, and if I do then I will be taking my time making sure my items that I paid for are correct IN the drive thru.

They refused to scan my rewards that I had for a drink and when I questioned them about it the supposed manager was so rude and nasty to me. This location is horrible.

Equipment is working but not selling hot food because they are backed up with customers. Isn't the food pre-cooked? They act like they are making the food from scratch. Never heard of such a thing.
I always always always have problems when I online order from this location. The photo I took was supposed to be a maple bacon egg and cheese. No bacon and more than half of the cheese is off of the sandwich. Disappointing to say the least.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the person taking our order today. Incredibly rude and disrespectful, practically threw our bag of food out the window at us, and we overheard her talking shit about us to her coworkers at the order box. Will not be returning!!

Just went thru the drive thru, got to the window, 1 car being us. We asked if we could add a donut to our order & were told we couldn't, she was too busy..... Are you in business to sell and make money or not???? We didn't ask for a sandwich that would hold up the line, it was just a donut. We can get better service elsewhere, won't go back. I didn't wish anyone to get fired but this woman should get that sales keep them all employed. Her coworker standing behind her looked shocked at her refusal.

This is the second week we come they get our order messed up but the kicker is I asked for almond milk I'm allergic to reg. Milk I noticed on the ticket on my drink not only does it say milk it also says almond milk. I asked told them I'm allergic they say there's no milk I sit drink a quarter of it start to feel sick. I get up let you know I'm disabled can barely move my legs. I accidentally spill the drink cuz I almost fell they knew about it said it was ok we start walking out the door and a girl with bright pink hair which might I add needs a belt. Chased us out the store called me a junkie told me to go back in and pick it up. I said no I gave me a drink I'm allergic to it was an accident. She turned around told me to go but drugs. Y'all I am almost 2yrs so we and for their worker who clearly needs help says and does all that. That's a lawsuit so I would change my mind about having her work for me smdh what a disappointment.
Went there for a coffee and frozen hot chocolate for my son, my coffee was made wrong and then I was given an attitude about him remaking it when he was the one to make it wrong the first time. The frozen hot chocolate was flavorless and made wrong as well without any mocha syrup and only powdered hot chocolate, which is not how that recipe is made. As a former Dunkin Donuts shift leader I was appalled at the terrible service, the attitudes on most of the employees and the terrible quality of the products. This location is definitely hurting the Dunkin brands name and someone should look into it, I wasted $11.00 on undrinkable bevarages. Shameful
