GREAT ! working together employees . Always very pleasant. Girl with bow and pregnant girl are very sweet and genuine . I look forward coming to 1932 south willow st everyday

The coffee here was terrible. I recommend going somewhere else. It was not worth it.

Just left here, 15 minute and 21 second to get a frozen coffee, it's like they forgot I ordered a coffee even. When I asked how much longer some middle aged lady snapped and said were working on it. Rude, unprofessional and all around unpleasant. Go else where. This place is the worse and to top it off this location is a training store.

Arguably worst dunkins in Manchester. Employees just DGAF. They sit in the back on the phones blaring music so they cant hear the bill at the counter ringing. One time I heard someone ask how to make an Americano and their coworker told them just to give the customer a black coffee.

Ordered ahead on mobile app to make sure its done before i goto work an instead i wait over 10 mins til i find 2 girls talking gossip around corner not doing the job they are paid for and no other orders or guests like wow horrible. Avoid this dunkin at all

This shop is located inside a run down gas station. Staff is slow and always talking never at the counter so they have a bell to ring. I got the croissant sandwich it wasn't bad but was cold. Definitely didn't like the experience I won't be back. And the menu said they were $3 a peice but I was charged over $9 for 2 very unhappy ?

Just want to give a quick review as today was my first time coming by this Dunkin’s, as I usually go to the one on Valley st & I’ll explain why. Coming by drive through the women is rude & obviously didn’t get my order right. One thing I alway said coming to these places the employees should always be friendly & kind & listen & repeat the order Dunkin’s for most of us is the start of our day & employees can really ruining someone’s day by not doing any of the above. So again my order (coffee) was not made right tasted horrible & this is why I only go to valley st Dunkin’s. They never get my order wrong they are always kind they listen & repeat your order I never had an issue going there. Please train your employees to be better don’t take your bad day on someone else because you don’t know what the other person is going through this is why it’s important to be kind especially working in the CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY!!

Went here almost everyday. Stopped going for many reasons. There were times no one was there during business hrs, but the last time I went I waited at the speaker, Some girl gets on after I waited a few minutes saying can I help you. I start to order then she starts laughing like a maniac saying I wasn't talking to you then nothing for a few minutes so I just drove away.
