Employees are rude and wait so long to get foods.
I just started coming back to Dunks and few weeks ago and this Dunks has really fallen off. I always have to remind them that I have more to my order. I always mobile order and mine just sits next until they want to give it to me. #DoBetter
This is the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to, not only do they get every order wrong but you also wait 20 min in the drive thru even for an online order. Never going to this one again. And I literally work around the corner.
The lady receiving the orders was AWFUL. I have never written a bad review for anything until now. At first she told me to wait because she was making an order, okay cool understandable. Then when she finally asked for my order I asked for a sandwich then tried to order a coffee, but she stated very rudely “you can only order one item”, because she could only make “one thing at a time” which yeah, but I wanted to give my full order so she could make both items even if it was longer to make since she can only do one at a time. I ended up saying nevermind mama and left. Worst Dunkin ever.
You have 6 employees. One on drive thru, one on a forever smoke break and 4 more acting busy while everyone waits. I had a guy take my order at the counter for an iced coffee, proceeded to take 5 more orders, then start making the orders from most recent order down to mine. After 10 mins I left and went to another dunks. Showed up today, one on a smoke break, one on trash, one taking orders and 6 people waiting.
Place sucks works are rude as hell
Coffee is good. Customer service is terrible. Lady took the order and repeated the sandwich order twice after she acted like a bacon and cheese croissant with no egg was the strangest thing to ask for. Saw it on the order screen. By the time I get my order the sandwich isn’t there. They proceed to argue that it wasn’t ordered and acted like a huge deal to make it. Then one lady told us it’s just an additional $4, but was sure I already paid. They wouldn’t find the receipt they trashed and proceeded to ask for $6 instead. If you mess up own it! Not argue with the customer. No smiles or care for customer service at all.
Girl with the face tattoo who works here has a major attitude problem and closes early.
The people that work there is terrible, they always get your order wrong, I literally just asked for a refund. They gave me a disgusting attitude. They even rush you to complete your order. The girl that works there messed up my order and I told her it’s wrong she snatched it out my hand and threw a cold egg inside the sandwich. I’m going to call the food/health department on this location. Whoever runs this Duncan have to get there people in check or find new employees..
I often order the bacon sourdough sandwich and every time I do it, it comes out less toasted than the last time. Today I specifically asked them to toast it dark and they didn’t toast it at all

Normally Dunkin is great. However, The lady behind the register seemed like she could use a coffee herself. Also, hazelnut is not the same as coconut. If you don't have any, say something rather than substituting yourself

They are always kind and then takes care of my orders with lots of care and very happy that I have it close by. The frozen chocolate are delicious here.

I go to Dunkins 3-4 times a day. The special is Pumpkin coffee. This is a flavor which should be year round.

One of the worst Dunkin’ locations I have ever been to. Very very rude and unprofessional employees and the orders are constantly wrong or just not made and you have to go back up to the counter to remind them. The black woman working the counter (did not catch her name) is particularly rude and nasty to customers.
