Normally Dunkin is great. However, The lady behind the register seemed like she could use a coffee herself. Also, hazelnut is not the same as coconut. If you don't have any, say something rather than substituting yourself

One of the worst Dunkin’ locations I have ever been to. Very very rude and unprofessional employees and the orders are constantly wrong or just not made and you have to go back up to the counter to remind them. The black woman working the counter (did not catch her name) is particularly rude and nasty to customers.

Ordered at the drive thru with Lasherna, food was wrong and she handed me a hot coffee that was clearly leaking everywhere, closed the window in my face before I could say anything about the order being wrong or the hot coffee that leaked all over my lap.

this place is a joke,they never ever,ever have anything in stock,,dont put it on the menu if you are never gonna have it available.
Horrible location. I've given them chance after chance. Wrong donuts at drive through. Wrong sandwich. Coffee having the right sticker on it, but the wrong coffee inside.The manager needs to be relieved of her duties. And Dunkin' corporate needs to get involved.

I'm so fed up with this dunkin, spend $20 on breakfast to get home and consistently get burnt or rock solid crossiants for their breakfast sandwiches, so bad to the point you can't even bite into the sandwich and the bagels are always burnt too. If you want food you can eat, do not go to this location. Go to the one connected to the Shell on willow st for food. Oh and last time I got a matcha latte the milk was sour and I had to throw it out.
