Ok to start it took forever to get our order The hash browns where upside down at the bottom of the bag smushed the bagel had cream cheese on only half of 1 side of the bagel and very lil and 1 of the sandwiches was also soggy af the only thing that wasn't to screwed up was the cofee

came to get my favorite loaded hashbrowns that i get at every dunkin’s and they were cold. literally ice cold and hard as a rock. also messed up my sandwich and gave me a everything bagel when i asked for a cinnamon raisin

THIS location is very good.The dunkins crew kindly asked me if I wanted donuts as it was night and I was the last customer in drive thru ") Definitely a 5 star 🌟 very nice group of people.

My friend came out carring 3 X large coffees in a carry-out tray, she tripped and fell dropping all 3 coffees and her donut. One of the servers, a young man, came out, helped her up then he went inside and replaced the coffees and donut, free of charge. I don't know if he was supposed to replace them or not but it was such a blessing to us and I'd say he went above and beyond to help my friend.

Ordered my food and drinks spent close to 20 dollars waited 15 mins and no food or drinks. Said something they said it will be right out waited another 10 mins still no food and drink was made wrong had to leave because was running late left with no food or refund of the food and a poorly made drink horrendous staff, definitely no customer service seen people come in and out after me definitely never going there again!!!!

Employees are absolutely disrespectful. They make the mistake and then treat you horribly when you ask them to rectify it. On top of it, they want you to pay for what you already paid for!! Are you guys for real?? Your staff needs some classes in customer service

To start of we were visiting Manchester for a wedding and we decided to get breakfast at Dunkin. We went through the drive through this morning and to begin with, we had to wait a while through drive through and it took a lot longer than what we usually wait in our state but whatever, we decided to wait. Dunkin drive thru was set up differently than how it’s set up in my state so we were confused and thought the station to order the food was a little bit further up and because of that we didn’t order but there’s been times where we have added extra things to our order and there has been no issues. Again, we’ve always received great service in our state. As soon as we get to the window, all we wanted to order was 2 regular coffees, we had said excuse me a few times to let the lady in the black hair know that it was confusing how drive thru was set up compared to our state and first of all, she pretended not to hear us at all. Had her back against us and it’s not like she was taking orders since she was just standing there looking opposite direction. She finally turned around and then proceeded to say didn’t you not order? With an attitude. My dad had just told her two regular coffees and she said she couldn’t take our orders because line was too long. We’ve all had worked in food service before and IT DOES NOT TAKE more than a minute to to prepare two regular coffees or prepare an order of two regular coffee.

What I had a problem with was the fact that I couldn’t step into the bathroom to wash my hands without surrendering my travel backpack in the lobby full of strangers or with the employees I also have no reason to trust. They made a show about it in front of everyone, too.
Not happy, don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. I’ll be choosing Aroma Joe’s from now on.

The location was clean enough and the staff were friendly when it came to serving me my food. They didn’t take too long and it all came out good within a reasonable time.
What I had a problem with was the fact that I couldn’t step into the bathroom to wash my hands without surrendering my travel backpack in the lobby full of strangers or with the employees I also have no reason to trust. Excuse me? That’s my property, and I don’t have to leave it with anyone. I had already paid for and picked up my food, so it’s not like I was just coming in to use their bathroom. They made a show about it in front of everyone, too.
Not happy, don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. I’ll be choosing Aroma Joe’s from now on.

I've been going to this location for years. I have never had a bad experience with any employees or services.
I ordered avocado toast & hash browns. The avocado toast was not toasted. There was no seasoning on top of the toast. It was just plain bread with avocado. The hash browns tasted terrible and had a burnt smell.
