The worst service I've ever had at Dunkin'. 15 minutes for a coffee with milk and sugar. They should improve their staff.

Excellent hard-working staff. One older lady appears to be the manager. Absolutely Drags everybody down and is miserable the entire time. Being an every day customer when the old lady isn't there yelling at staff everything runs smoothly and the staff are friendly. It's sad to me the whole crew ends up getting a bad review because of the one individual. On top of all of that this morning, the old lady made my bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the cheese was cold and the bacon was all so cold. DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY LEAVE IT TO THE STAFF WHO CAN!

I had a pleasant experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts on the evening of 8/20/25. However, the following morning, 8/21/25 around 5:30 a.m., my experience was very different. When I went downstairs to Dunkin’, there was only one older woman working. I patiently waited my turn as she prepared the coffee for the customer ahead of me. I was leaning against the counter, lost in thought due to the difficult circumstances that brought me to the hospital.

She looked at me and said, “I’ll be right with you.” I responded that I hadn’t said anything and was simply waiting. She then muttered something along the lines of, “when you’re just standing there watching me work.” I was caught off guard and apologized, explaining that I hadn’t realized I was staring, as I had just been zoning out. I literally left in tears.

I am here because my brother is on comfort care, and this is what I had to experience early in the morning. If you are working in a hospital setting, compassion and understanding toward those coming in—often during very difficult times—should be a priority.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I agree with the last few reviews. I am blown away by the lady that was there this morning around 930am. On 8/2/25. I have been to a million DD's I have had a lot of not so great service. But this lady is a person who does not belong in this business especially in this location. This is a location were people who are either going through something stressful, life changing or even worse. The last we need is an ignorant cashier making us feel horrible for asking her to do the job she is being paid for. Do better Dunkin. I'll be stopping somewhere else before I get here. She needs to retire. I am sorry to anyone else who had to deal with her. I wish you all the best with whatever your going through.

First Last

This review is for DD inside the Elliott Hospital. Idk if the employees there were fired or they quit. The woman who's running the place needs to seriously consider a career change or change her attitude. Each & every time I go there, she acts like I'm bothering her. I've observed her interactions with other customers & it's the same thing. ZERO customer service skills. Perhaps she needs to be humbled because it's obvious she doesn't appreciate her customers.

My wife was on the ER. I placed an online order at 530am. It was late opening, by an hour. When it did open, the lady was very rude. I felt like I was an annoyance. As I was leaving, another online order came in and she grabbed it and slammed it down. Im sorry, but its not our fault you opened late and was stressed. It was very uncomfortable. Next time, I'll wait for the hospital cafe to open.

I was extremely disappointed to see the new “manager” yelling at a veteran employee today infront of many customers for NO good reason. Granted, there is NEVER a reason to yell and slam your fist multiple times on the counter while yelling at an employee out in the open. If you have an issue with the way your employee is doing something, bring them out back and have a NICE conversation about how to do whatever it was the way you’d like. You ma’am are very rude and I never want to see employees that I respect greatly, that are always extremely kind to customers, and always working very hard get scolded in-front of customers. I’d rather bring my business elsewhere than watch you put such nice people down.

XXX Compilation

Got charged 2x for a small coffee coolatta that was made wrong when that is unnecessary and won’t give me a refund for 1 of them would not recommend coming here will be talking to the manager hopefully they fix it but the lady was awfully rude and unprofessional very upset
