Obnoxious girl laughing while trying to give my order. Sat at the window for 5 minutes just to be asked what was your order. I normally avoid this location and should have known better. Terrible job.

Quite literally the worst Dunkin in New England. Staff always has an attitude; they have a guy that works the window that always talks about “knocking out this customer” they never get my order right they always forget something. One time I asked to buy an extra donut and the kid said that they were too short staffed to grab the donut and put it in the bag for us. Today more attitude from the boy or girl (couldn’t tell) who was working this morning saying “I don’t have to make anyone’s food” waited in the drive thru line today for 15 minutes for an online order I placed 20 minutes earlier. Food was sitting in the counter the whole time. Staff is always complaining. Awful awful awful dunks.

The worst experience I’ve had with a simple coffee shop! Order was an iced coffee. Took 10 minutes and person was absolutely rude. When I asked why it took so long the present said don’t ask me. I have no clue.

Had trouble with their service twice now, got in contact with the manager for bad service, all I got was empty words. How can a business run when not even the managers do what they tell you they would do! Would of given 0 stars of I could.

Here we are 4 years later, trying it out and service is still the same 0 stars as before.
Waited for almost 10 minutes to be told Espresso Maschine is down now and then was told they are training new staff and that's why they can't run the espresso machine?!?!

My word! The guy working the drive thru here has the worst attitude. I've encountered him a few times here at the drive thru. And every time his attitude is AWFUL. Just so rude. I passed his attitude off a few times everybody has a bad day but my word. It's seems habitual with this one.
BUT other than him this Dunkin is good .

Around 1:05pm July 19th I went through the drive thru at this Dunkin's. On the menu board it only read 1 coffee when I had ordered 3. I told him that was supposed to be 3. To my shock and surprise, in the rudest of voices I was told "I haven't finished your order yet."
I responded with ATTITUDE. In the same rude voice I "got would that be all?"
Re: History
I spend on average of about $250 - 300 dollars a month at Dunkin's. I usually leave a generous tip also. I have NEVER been treated like that in all the years I've been going to a Dunkin's.
Maybe this person should find another career that doesn't require talking to customers.
It will be the last time I go to this Dunkin's.

Scrivanos is the worst Dunkins in Manchester employees don’t wash there hands and after they use the bathroom or after they come in from a smoke brake they don’t treat there mgrs or employees right if they don’t like u they will find a way to fire u if u are gay don’t let them know u will also be fired they use expired food and just change the tags keep old product for months and sell it

Took over 30 mins in drive through on a Sunday morning and they don’t even toast the muffin on my sandwich. The cheese was cold the muffin not toasted and the bacon was still raw, then bald guy with accent has an attitude problem and sadly he looks like the owner. When you have leaders like this that can not lead, your team will never win.Go down the street to other dunkins, this place is a disappointment to the dunkins brand, they need help and fast.

I'm not sure what happened to this location recently, but their service has slipped really badly. It was barely handling it a few weeks ago, but today was exceptionally poor. Orders wrong, arguing with me over my order, and waiting far too long to be assisted.As having previously worked at a dunkin location, I typically have an extra understanding of their situation. It is not an easy job to make low wages, but it's management's responsibility to help organize the team to be efficient. Management here needs work!

If I could give less than one star I would. The wait times at this dunkin is horrendous, I sat in line for 30 min this morning and the line did not move and this is not the first time this has happened. Twice last week I found things in my food/drink that shouldn’t be there. One day was a chunk of hard plastic in my coffee and the other it was burnt tissue paper IN my bagel in the cream cheese. Upon complaint I got “oh sorry” and brushed off. I can’t wait for aromas to open in the Mobil gas station down the road.
