Worst Dunkin’s in the whole city. I think I’ve gotten the things I’ve ordered correctly maybe twice. They all have nasty attitudes and are so unprofessional. Do better it’s not a good look

Although the service was ok the bagel and cream cheese I ordered had enough cream cheese on it for 16 bagels. Plus half of the bagel was hard as a rock!

First visit at this location because my usual dunks did not have oatmilk for my drink I wanted to purchased. Ordered here and they could not make the drink properly and would NOT REFUND me. Awfully rude wasted 30 mins of my time for coffee! Will never visit this location again wasted my time and money; drink is suppose to be a brown sugar shakin espresso.. VALLEY STREET KNOWS HOW TO MAKE THE DRINK this location should get customer service & proper training.

When in to get some lunch and use the restroom. ordered My food went to go use the bathroom and the urinal is overflowing on to the floor went to tell the worker and she said it is not her problem And she is not dealing with it

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’s, among others, a few times a week since they dropped the daydream refresher. I’ve ordered it the same way at this location & the others, several times, just adding a splash of green tea - that’s literally it - today the manager running the window tells me I can’t have that & none of the Dunkin’s should be doing that - haha okay Mr. White Male Ego on a Power Trip 🫡 this is why Starbucks is better (customer service-wise, not overall ethics) trust I won’t be back - the rest of the staff are so cool tho!

This happens every week a few times a week. I order the same drink everyday the ice caramel craze signature latte. And when I get it sometimes it looks like a cup of milk. Last week I had to go to Starbucks to grab 2 shots of expresso to my cup of milk. Again today the same thing. Was given attitude by the lady at the window of why I didn’t want the cup of milk. Then a gentlemen came out and asked what was wrong with it and I said there is no expresso in it. The lady rolled her eyes never gave me a straw after they corrected it. Sat at the window waiting as other cars just drove around us. This Dunkin’s makes it hard for anyone to have faith in the industry.
ordered avocado toast and a drink. i come home to find only a piece of toast with seasoning no avocado. called them twice to see if i can get a refund and no answer.

Just got their Easter Basket munchkin bucket. It's supposed to be 50 assorted munchkins. I got 46 butternut munchkins and 4 chocolate. How is this assorted. When I called the guy sounded annoyed I complained and said just bring it back and they will refund me which I feel is fair but I really don't want to drive 10 minutes back to a store on Easter. Just really frustrating.
