Visited for the first time for a birthday dinner with a party of 7, meals and drinks were great. Waitress was great too, even though it was super busy due to a SNHU related event we still felt valued.
The one negative and what bothered me the most was a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. This is the first time I've seen any sit down restaurant pass that cost along to the consumer. On our $700 dinner, it was an additional $20 which could've been another drink or dessert for a cost that shouldn't be the burden of a customer.

We’ve been to Evolution several times now, and it has never disappointed. The bar has comfortable seating, the craft cocktails are consistently excellent, and the braised short rib is honestly A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Easily a 5/5 stars.

Would give 0 stars for service. Got one drink at the bar and sat with an empty glass for 30+ minutes just waiting for a bartender to acknowledge our party of 3 people. There were 3 employees behind the bar and we asked to close out twice and still waited forever for a check.

Service was so slow. Sat at the bar had 2 bartenders on and a half full bar. Sat there for 20 minutes with an empty drink no one even lifted an eye. Sat there for an additional 10 trying to cash out. Lucky I didn't walk out

One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! Everything was so flavorful and cooked perfectly! Food took a little long to come out, but it was worth the wait.
We went to Evolution on Elm Street for a friend’s wedding rehearsal dinner and it was fantastic! The food was excellent—everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was top-notch too—super friendly, attentive, and clearly took pride in making sure everyone had a great time. The atmosphere was lively without being loud, and the whole evening just felt easy and fun. Highly recommend Evolution for group events or just a great night out in downtown Manchester!

Went here for the first time this weekend and everything was excellent. Food was fantastic, drinks were fast and so good. Arlene was our server and sold us on the poutine. She was great and helped us decide on what to choose because everything looked so good! Will be back many times.

Hors d'oeuvres came out fast, but drinks and meals were really slow, plus at least two of the meals were cold including mine, poutine. Very noisy, hard to carry on a conversation. Personally, I wouldn't go back.

I wish I could give more stars because the food is that good. The service is not worth the price. I made a reservation for my fiance's birthday. I clearly stated in the reservation it was a special occasion. They sat us at the first table by the front door. Which i thought sucked to begin with but there were not many diners at the time so it was fine. The restaurant had very few diners at the time and we had a reservation so why would they sit a 6 person party next to us on a mostly dead restaurant? Rude?? We waited at least 5-10 minutes before our server offered us water. We got our drinks and ordered all our food at once. We ordered the shrimp cocktail app and my fiance ordered a salad to be brought after the app. The app was meant to be shared. My fiance was almost through his salad before our shrimp cocktail app arrived. The server put it in front of me like i ordered it. We reordered our drinks when the server dropped off the apps. We didnt see our server again until our main meal was done. Meaning , we had nothing to drink during our meal despite our serving taking our meal drinks before our meal was served. He went as far as serving the large table of 6 after we ordered drinks. He delivered their dtinks, and delivered their apps and took their large food order before giving us drinks. I tried to flag him down at this point. He did not see me. When he finally delivered my drink , he forgot my partner also ordered a drink. A simple coke. It was his birthday. Despite this, we were still going to get dessert. The food is good. It took so long to get a dessert menu with no prices and even longer for the server to come back and ask what we wanted for dessert that we just wanted the bill so we could leave. Amazing the server got us our over $200 bill in tecord time . Fastest service of the night was getting the bill. I still gave him a 20% tip despite the poor service he provided. Its not his fault, its the owners. Clearly the restaurant was not staffed properly making it a bad experience for myself and my fiance that we won't return. I was hoping to give this place a chance as I work in the area but the service was so bad we will not be back.
