We’ve been to Evolution several times now, and it has never disappointed. The bar has comfortable seating, the craft cocktails are consistently excellent, and the braised short rib is honestly A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Easily a 5/5 stars.
Scallops were amazing bartender could have been more attentive but the food and drinks were exceptional! Portion was just right prices can always be lower but atmosphere was worth it!
