“We went to Evolution on Elm Street for a friend’s wedding rehearsal dinner and it was fantastic! The food was excellent—everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was top-notch too—super friendly, attentive, and clearly took pride in making sure everyone had a great time.
