Great food, service and atmosphere. Slightly pricey, but the quality matches the cost. Great place for a date, intimate birthday celebration, business drink/meal, or girlfriend date!

I’m a little late leaving this review. We had a reservation for valentine’s day. Prior to this my family and I , always celebrated here with my Grandmother. My best friend and I have decided to continue the tradition the last few years.
Our server was named Janelle? I believe. We’ve had her two years in a row (back corner by the bar). We waited maybe five minutes before being sat for a 7pm reservation. I could at least see 20 people from where I was sitting. However, our drinks came out really fast… I’m not kidding, barely any wait. We received food within 12-15 minutes after sitting. Which is honestly amazing for their volume size that night. With the volume size they had. I’d like to add it really is a calm quiet atmosphere. The food was amazing, the service was great, and the dessert was even better! We had the tiramisu!
Our drinks weren’t overly priced… I ate the fish and chips (basic I know). Price was $21, which if you think about it. Applebees has fish and chips for $18.99. The quality you get here for a few dollars more. Is ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. Between drinks , food , and dessert the bill was $108. For the service , portion , and quality the price is worth it.
They also have an amazing gluten free menu :). Forgot to take pictures which is unusual. Just means the food was that good!

Overall it’s a pretty decent spot, I expected a bit more out of the filet with the high pricing, but other than that pretty good experience!

We always have a great experience at Firefly. Excellent beverage selection including craft cocktails, wine, and local beer. Meal portions are generous and always delicious. The servers and staff are friendly, engaging, and attentive.
Went about a week ago. Wasn’t too bad. Friends and I had a good time.

Great food and service. A bit of confusion at the entry, too many guests were waiting to be seated. We had to wait about 15min to get our table even if we reserved it. Other than that great place. I'll return
Our server was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and kind. Food was delicious as usual and came out fairly quickly considering how busy it was. Drinks were great too! I recommend the pomegranate mojito!
Had an amazing experience! The food was amazing!

We used to love Firefly and visited often when we lived in Manchester. We even drove all the way today to celebrate a birthday lunch, which made this experience especially disappointing.
I ordered the Tuna Poke because it had been excellent during a previous visit. Unfortunately, this time something was clearly off. Instead of pickled ginger, the dish was served with raw sliced ginger, which was extremely overpowering. If you’re familiar with the difference, they serve entirely different purposes and have very different flavor profiles—it’s not a small substitution.
I brought this to our server’s attention, and she responded by saying something along the lines of, “Maybe this batch didn’t come out right or wasn’t pickled enough.” That response was confusing—does the restaurant make its own pickled ginger? More importantly, after I mentioned the issue, her attitude noticeably changed and came across as irritated. It felt as though the concern wasn’t taken seriously, possibly because it was during lunch service. Given Firefly’s past level of professionalism, this was surprising and disappointing.
I also ordered the crème brûlée, which has always been a favorite of mine, but the fruit served with it was clearly past its prime, which was very disappointing.
Considering the long drive and that we were celebrating a special occasion, this experience was especially disheartening. Sadly, it has led me to decide not to return.
