I went there and got a bacon hamburger with onions on it and I asked for a cup of mayo on the side they forgot to give it to me:( And I got the bacon hotdog, which was very good without any condiments. I also got a milkshake and a medium fry and it was very good, but the fries were salted very heavily although it was a very tasty concoction with very salty fries and sweet milkshake , 💔heart attack💔 waiting to happen!

Do not order through an app like uber eats or DoorDash. They have a system where they have the driver pick up food in one spot and drinks in another so you’ll never get your whole order. They’ll say the drivers are too lazy and that’s true but if you’re putting it in their hands you should be giving them the whole thing. The receipt is on the outside of the bag tell your people to check it. I ordered they missed the shake and the drinks, the shake was the whole reason I paid for an expensive burger. I ordered again just to get the shake and they missed my drinks again. Manager did not apologize just instantly deflected blame on the drivers. No accountability.

There is an older woman working here who I’ve seen for the first time today and I’ve been here plenty. She filled every order with precision and attention to detail. I saw her double checking her work and making sure everything is presentable. Really makes a difference when your burger isn’t slapped together all crooked and messy, and this woman made sure every order was perfectly cared for.
I always like going to Five Guys. I would say this location is probably the most consistent

I have been to this Five Guys multiple times and it cannot be a coincidence at this point. Tip culture has ruined the location in Manchester, NH. I’ve noticed when I do not tip, I do not get great service. For example, I went yesterday and got a small french fry. It all fit in the cup. I distinctly remember when Five Guys was known for filling the cup and then some at the bottom of the bag. Like I said it could be a coincidence but the people I was with noticed the lack of french fries immediately. Even a small fry is expensive at Five guys so to fill a water cup worth at the price they are charging is ridiculous. Other than that, the food is good and the place is really clean. I just feel as though if you do not tip, whispers of your order number will make it through the line of the employees and your service might hinder.

I've never had a problem with five guys before but after today's visit I won't be coming back to this location. My burger came out extremely well done, burnt to a crisp and so was the bun. I didn't know you could char a bunch like this. The fries were also really stale, imagine biting into a French fry and it's hard to chew

I've been to a dozen Five Guys establishments over the last 10 years, from Nashua NH to Tilton NH. I can honestly say this establishment was the worst.
The burger was dry & average at best. The fries were very warm ( not hot ) with barely any salt.
The atmosphere was decent but very congested.
