New favorite breakfast diner. Fantastic real homemade corned beef hash. Lulu is awesome! Such a great find. Eggs, potato hash was delish as was toast. Coffee was on point. Strong, but not bitter.

My wife and I came here on a Sunday for breakfast and we're able to be seated immediately. We both ordered the 2 Eggs & Meat, I got ham and my wife got bacon, and I also ordered a single pancake on the side. The food was very good and the service was fast. The home fries were good too because they had a bit of seared crispiness to them. The diner itself is quite large so it can seat aot of people, and has a parking lot but doesn't have a ton of parking. I'd definitely recommend this place, it offers a classic diner breakfast at a very good price.Parking: It has a parking lot but it is not very big. The restaurant can hold more people than the parking lot can.

My buddy and I came in today for our monthly lunch, And we totally enjoyed it. The drinks, the food, the service were all top-notch! Here’s to many more great lunches at your establishment!

Been here twice now the first time everything was excellent. Food was good, service was fantastic and the place was extremely clean. Now for the second time and the 3 star average. Food great, service slow and waiting an hour total for food is beyond reasonable, it wasn't super busy either. But the worst part was who we believe to be the owner or manager being mad at the server for taking our order cause the kitchen was backed up, mind you this was our second server cause our first never came back at least not in the 15 mins after she said she be back in 2 mins and I requested another. Will try again and hope it was just a fluke as food is good.

Stopped here on our way back home to CT. My son got the Californian burger and said it was the best burger he’s ever had. My husband got the patty melt and said it was incredible. My grilled cheese was amazing too! Great stop to feed our bellies for the drive home.

Best eggs Benedict I ever had. I had the gaslight Benedict with their homemade corned beef hash on it so good

Kitchen was backed up to the point where we waited over an hour for our food, which was nothing beyond eggs and toast. What made it worse was the fact that they were only able to sit half the tables.....so our wait for a table was 20 minutes on top of that. Food was certainly not worth the wait.

Three good was a little bland... Breakfast is one of my favorite things and I was a bit disappointed. Lots of potential though

This is the first time I visit GDD. The good thing that I found parking in their lot. We were greeted at the door and walked over to our booth. The menus has a lot of options and one column was confusing since it mixed the bowls and omeletts in the same column. Tried the Californian omelette and once I got it. Realized it didn't have cheese and needed additional seasoning to taste it. Menu said it had siracha but didn't taste it. The waitress got us a bottle was Tabasco but it was better than just salt. I liked that they have sweet potatoes as an option (that's a plus) but overall it wasn't wow. I would try again a regular omelette before making a decision. The coffee wasn't very flavorful and the cup was small. Also tried their waffle and they were ok.I think for a new diner they're ok and looking forward that they get better with time.

Great food I would very much recommend to everyone to eat here. It’s clean nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the food… well it speaks for its self. Come in and grab your self a eggs Benedict and a hang over burger, you won’t regret it.
