My son drove 20 miles. My one son in law drove 70 mile and I drove 45 miles. My other son in law drove 5 miles. When we got there, Gaucho's was closed with "NO NOTE" as to why they were closed. Their website did not indicate that they were closed. We were all very upset and had to seek another restaurant.

I came here for Father’s Day dinner, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. There were no desserts available during dinner time—only 4 or 5 types of fruit. The menu mentioned a flowing chocolate fountain, but it was not provided. It turns out that it’s only available during brunch, but this was not clearly stated anywhere.

Additionally, many of the plates were not clean—some still had visible sauce or food residue. The buffet selection was quite limited and didn’t feel worth the price we paid. On the positive side, the meats were decent, and some dishes just needed a bit more seasoning. The freshness was acceptable. The live music added a nice, relaxed atmosphere.

As mentioned, I hope they clearly state what is and isn’t available during each time slot in their advertisements to avoid misleading customers.

If you love meat and the need, the desire to stuff your face with some amazing food, this is the place for you. There are tons of places in Manchester to eat but this is definitely the best if you want options and a variety of food, plus a salad bar with the best sweet plantains around, a green light of great tasting food.

Unfortunately Gauchos is no longer an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. If you just want to consume lots of meat, it's ok but if you're looking to have a nice dinner experience overall then your $$$ will prob be better spent elsewhere. The side offerings were mediocre at best, and I still cannot believe that we had to ASK for cheese bread, which a staple in any traditional Brazilian restaurant. I asked the server where they kept it and at first she said she didn't speak Portuguese (but she didn't speak good English either so I was very confused), but once she knew what I was asking for she brought a small basket of these little crunchy rolls (their version of cheese bread) and went around a table of NINE people asking if they wanted “1”. We also had to ask for water several times until I got up and just grabbed one of the jars they left lined up on the counter bc she stopped coming by. The restaurant was nearly empty so I'm not sure why the server disappeared. The “sides” were mostly cold cuts, cold veggies & cheese. Some of the few hot sides available were rice ( as in pork fried rice??), plain black beans & some sort of Mexican style soup. Fried dish was soggy and chewy. Lastly, the drink I ordered (a tropical Martini) had the potential to be delicious, but was sickeningly sweet and warm. The food offered doesn't justify the almost $60 per person, and I'm certain that the good reviews are from folks who haven't experienced a good Brazilian steakhouse. Oh and there was no desert menu to be found... The overall experience was underwhelming at best.

Seriously I think dead squirrel would taste better after a homeless guy wipes his ass with it. The chicken was at best horrible with an after taste of dead feet. The food is good if your going for a colonoscopy and need to clean out your system cause your body will want this out of you asap. But on a good note the carrot strips, croutons and cucumbers at the salad bar were ok.

Excellent service & the place is gorgeous. Food is very good, but not hot enough. Served almost cold.

They don’t put on their website that they Close the restaurant if they don’t have customers for an hour, so I went there within the hours, and the woman turned me away at the door. I had a 60 minute commute to this restaurant so it was very inconvenient.

NOT A BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE!!!for 57$/person just go to Fogo de chao or Alma gaucha and get the real Brazilian experience for your moneys worth. Waited around 30 minutes for the cheese bread to come out the oven, at other place it’s complimentary bread. They did not have a big selection of steak which was a bummer. Didn’t have garlic steak,Didn’t have Brazilian made lemonade no cheese with honey. The bathroom was so disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend!

Overall a nice meal for Mother's Day. Typical Brazilian style buffet with table side meats. Standouts were the maple glazed steak tips and prime rib. Other meats were good too although pork and chicken were a bit dry. We went for brunch so disappointed by sides. A mix of breakfast items and rice, beans Mac and cheese and soups. The Mac tastes like Kraft. Home fried potatoes were good along with bacon and pancakes. Salad bar was good with a mix of typical salad fixings and prepared salads. Includes shrimp cocktail and various salami. Dessert was all packaged items from cookies, pastries including b&w cookies, cream puffs etc. that come from a Sam's club. The did have a chocolate fountain which was good. Service was consistent and took plates and filled glasses. $50 pp was reasonable for the volume of food although some upgrades to sides and dessert would be good.

It was Easter so it was busy but the meat and pineapple didn't come around much and we even had to flag servers down several times . There was no syrup for the pancakes, we didn't find this out until we asked 3 employees. We have been here before and had better service so I hope it was a fluke.
