Definitely the worse brazilian steakhouse i’ve been to , disappointment to our culture , there’s no brazilian food at the salad bar, and all the steaks were unseasoned , like literally plain , i’m sorry but this isn’t

Fantastic food, friendly and attentive service. This is not an everyday meal and the price accurately reflects that. This is a high end meal where you have to have some Salmon along with your steak and chicken, it's a show stopper. Only reason for 3 stars on value and higher noise is we as a couple are consistently sat near a loud dessert fridge or in the middle of large groups when there are plenty of other tables open. It deters from the ambience and makes conversation between 2 people challenging. Furthermore, service is very friendly and accommodating to request s, one does wish though we didn't have to ask for so much (water, condiments, drinks, etc. ) For a high end meal, one would think date nights would be an important factor to the restaurant and considered in the overall experience.

Food was great. Our server was very nice. I do believe there could have been more options that came around. They said there was 12 options that come out but we only saw 7 tops! We were very happy with what we did have. The only food complaint was the undercooked shrimp. They were slimy. The only true disappointment here was the appearance of the dinning room (it looks like a nursing home rotunda) and the live music choice.

The food was good but not worth the price. Our bill was over $300 (not including the tip) for four people. All of us didn't eat what they charge price per person. Disappointed!

From the moment we walked in the door, Alex was great. She brought us to our table and ended up being our server. She was very attentive and always smiling. The food was good as always.

Everyone knows that meat is my thing so once I heard what this place was about I was in! It was great!! Clean, nicely decorated, super nice staff. The salad and side bars were great, very fresh with the perfect assortment of choices. Meats were awesome! They kept coming and we kept eating. Great flavors, lots of different items. It was a great time all around!! And Coke products! Picture of my sides only. P.S. as with most places with side bars, go easy, save room for tons of meats P.S. the creme brûlée was tasty but too thick

As a Brazilian, this is not a place I would go to again for brazilian food. The service was nice and it was a pretty place with good music. The food was not it, not for that many 5 star reviews with that pricing. The drinks were all watered down and the chicken hearts (coração) was not good at all. My aunt had it and spit it out right after trying it. The rice was tough and there was not that many good options for Brazilian desserts.

The service sucks. At the front desk in any business you're supposed to welcome guest. The guy at the front didn't even welcome us. So that's minus 2 's. Me going with my family to celebrate a graduation and the lack of service made me feel stupid for bringing them there. That's minus 1 . The food I didn't even eat because I was so turned off by the service from the beginning. I don't waste my money at places that don't give excellent customer service. The ambiance was less than basic. It was nothing spectacular at all. We ended up leaving.

The rotating choice of meats combined with an open salad bar is an amazing idea for a restaurant, every meat was outstanding especially the Salmon. The gaucho's are very polite and friendly, absolutely no complaints all around 5 star experience would definitely recommend.

We visited for Valentine's Day. We try to visit a new restaurant each year and this was my choice for 2024. While in the city, it was easy to park. When making the reservation, the "latest" option was 5:15 pm, which we made on time. When we left around 6:30 pm, there were still many (almost half) tables still empty. Not sure why I couldn't make a later reservation. The food was reasonable (buffet style, except for the meat - which they carved for you at your table). It was all-you-can-eat. I wasn't aware that was the only option that evening. My wife had bariatric-bypass surgery and can only each a small portion so we try to avoid such buffets. The service was great and any extras (drinks, meat selections) were readily available. There was also live music, which was very good. In fact, initially, I thought it was recorded music. The surprise was when we got the check since we did not see a menu. I probably should have done more homework to see how Valentine's Day worked at this restaurant. Two meals (no alcohol) with 20% tip exceeded $150.
