Always pretty good, wish I knew where they get their feta cause it’s the best

This stores gone massively downhill. Unfortunately most of the delivery drivers are awful but the worst is Gurmeet!! They dont listen to the driving instructions AT ALL! Dont go since the new managament took over. Vastly different than other Giovannis.

This Giavannis and the Haverhill MA location are perfection. Delicious Pizza.

Ordered a margarita pizza and steak tips with rice pilaf and also baked haddock with rice-pilaf. Had to wait 2 hours for the order I ordered online and when i arrived an employee told me my food had already been picked up. I was told the person would bring it back but i asked for it to be remade which delayed me getting my food overall the Margarita pizza was tasty. Steak tips were alright but the haddock was bland and definitely not a fan of the rice pilaf. It tasted like uncle bens rice which I hate.

Ordered a steak and cheese finely chopped and I ordered 10 min prior to closing and I got exactly what I wanted with no issue cuz they were about to close unlike other places that refused to let me order for to them closing

Ok, so I am not going to recommend this Giovannis location. I ordered a super beef, took a bite and immediately realized it was store bought deli roast beef, the amount of beef on the sandwich was miniscule in comparison to other super beefs in the area, the cheese was 2 little half pieces falling off the bun and the James River sauce, cut with ketchup.
I won't be making the mistake of going to the Manchester location again. Don't make the same mistake I did, go to the one in Nashua.

Super beef here is pretty good to be honest, Lived in Northshore Massachusetts years ago where it's really good and will vouch for this place. Most places in NH don't do it right, Giovannis does.

I usually only order the steak kebab salad from this place and that's only out of habit. It's $13. When you add feta it's filling it's enough for myself. I wouldn't call it great I wouldn't say it's the best. My husband had the steak tip sub and that's supposed to be a large. That was definitely not appetizing at all. The meat was very dry. Probably time to find a new place for anything that deals with steak tips as I said, it's just easy inconvenient. I like the grilled flavor but other than that there's no flavor.
The time that we placed the order and picked it up was roughly 15 minutes and it was all set ready prepared so the service was good. Didn't eat inside. We took it to go. Don't really like eating inside there. It's just a pizza restaurant.

Looked up o line menu and called in order. Price was a full 50% more than menu stated and was told prices increased but menu not updated. Frustrated by that but went ahead and got the food. 2 pasta dishes and calzone. For 50% price increase it should have at least been good. The chicken in the chicken broccoli pasta was good but otherwise both were bland. Calzone was edible but I would rank as 2nd worst calzone ever and small. Very disappointing, especially for the price. I'd recommend trying somewhere else. Staff was very nice, pleasant and efficient though so at least there was that.

By far the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant EVER!!! Giovanni‘s Manchester used to be my go to restaurant two or three times a week with the quality of food and customer service. They couldn’t be beat!! Now they’ve gotten bought out by someone who had absolutely no respect for hugs customers or the Quality of food they serve! and they have gone so downhill that I haven’t gone to them in months in this one time today I went to them and I dealt with the owner he said himself was Kamal, well, this owner Kamal if that’s even his real name. Denied me my credit that I had because they screwed up two of my orders on the same day last time. I ordered there around August. Then left me a voicemail in the long and short, calling me a liar!! Then said he went through the phone records and told me what I had ordered that day, but was unaware of what I actually ordered because what was placed in their system was a whole different item. He was also unaware and calling me a liar that I had to call back and have them fix the food that was wrong that night. And then he continued to call me a liar because I told him I had to call back the following morning because they were closed, but the service and food was so bad That twice in the same night that the employee I spoke to in the morning gave me a $10 credit for my next purchase. Now, three months later I finally decide to give them another chance and this is what happens! I could not be any more disappointed with this Giovanni‘s used to be my number one go to for me and my family a couple times a week. Now you couldn’t pay me to eat there and or ever deal with that customer service again! This new owner “Kamal“ has turned this restaurant into a complete disaster! I urge everyone and anyone who does business with them to go anywhere else if you want quality service and food! My two cents take it or leave it!!’ Grand slam Pizza will now be my new number one delivery for pizza and subs and I urge anyone and everyone who spends their money at Giovanni’s Manchester to take their business anywhere else unless you want to be constantly disappointed and then potentially even worse! As a customer I would say this review speaks volumes for itself!
I will be sure to put as many reviews up as I can on any social media platforms and or newspapers, spectrums, etc.. I hope no one else has to ever deal with that like I just did! I hope this review helps somebody else and saves them their time and money!

I come home to NH once a year (I live in the Dallas metroplex now but was born and raised here in NH) and it occurred to me this trip that I had not had a good old steak bomb in soooo many years! It sounded so good to me after a super long day of travel and a week or so full of stress so…yes please get in my belly! I have to say that this was the best sandwich I’ve had in years, and I have had some damn good sandwiches! I of course had to get a whoopie pie too because hello, I’m home and you can’t get those in Dallas either lol. The hell with my diet this week! Thank you Giovanni’s for making this NH girl feel like a NH girl again! You warmed my heart and gave me that feeling that’s so hard to describe when you eat something that’s so good but it makes you have memories of good things in your life as well. It’s just what I needed!

I understand everyone has their own experiences and while I won’t discredit their experience… A one star for a very typical credit card fee…? If you’re pressed over that it says to me you don’t have the money to be eating out. People have no clue the energy and effort that goes into each and every day working in food service. On top of all of that, you deal with the best - But also the worst of people. Every Saturday (busiest time of the week) we order Giovanni’s, and every single weekend our orders come quickly, always made properly - And unlike all other deliveries, they *actually* deliver to our door, not at the street. Needless to say I’m grateful and will continue taking advantage of a great quality, low cost restaurant that clearly cares about the product they’re serving customers. People are always SO quick to write/report something negative, and don’t give a seconds thought to repeated, high quality service and that’s a damn shame. From my family to yours, thank you Giovanni’s ❤️
