Idk what happened to this place. It used to be my favorite coffee place around, I hadn’t been to the mall in years and went back and had to go to Gloria Jean’s. It used to be an actual cafe, now it’s a weird grab-and-go type place. I’m assuming someone else bought the location and changed it. Coffee was still like I remembered, but no longer able to sit and relax with it.

Showed up at 945am they open at 9 they had a sign on the door saying be back in 15 minutes. I waited over a half hour and still no one is here. I’m pregnant and was craving a good treat. Will never be back.

Horrible owner. Has a lawsuit filed on him and he lost. He doesn’t pay his workers and when they went on strike and when they did he just fired them without paying them. Food doesn’t have expiration date. Stay away from this place!

I came in around 7:40 and I was ignored as an employee was washing dishes. I waited and looked at the menu for about 5 minutes until I said excuse me, are you open? The gentleman looked back up at me and said no. So I said well you could have at least told me that, as you seen me standing here for 5 minutes.

Try to understand that I paid 9 bucks for a small “mango” lemonade, that tasted like regular lemonade and they had a sign on the counter stating, “Please be patient, I’m working alone.” Which he only technically was, as the other guy behind the counter was just standing at the register watching him. The store POS was more concerned with calling ceramic custom mugs and it wasn’t clean, with dirty countertops. I probably won’t come back
