This was my first time back since pre Covid days. I witnessed people (employees) touching food without any gloves on. Which can get them shut down by the state if I report it! They are also lacking in hot food temps. Their stuff is always cold. Before covid and since they reopened up. I usually go there for the pot roast and burbon chicken. Only 2 good things they have there. If only it was HOT enough. Such a disappointment. I would have thought they gotten better once they reopened but I am not returning. Especially with the employees not wearing gloves.
On a positive note, I am happy to see Diamond, the beautiful waitress again. Glad she is back. She is the only person that makes that place great.

I've been disappointed the last few times I've visited the manchester location my favorite soup is chicken noodle and the last three times I've come it seems you haven't had it.is it discontinued.

Came here for the first time with my boyfriend and it was pretty great. I had cheese fries, pizza and chicken and he had chicken pork, rice and pizza which were all pretty good ESPECIALLY the red velvet cake. The only thing that was disappointing was the soft serve choc ice cream, it tasted a bit flavorless but overall the rest was good.

The cashier Nadia had no customer service skills, she was rude and unresponsive. I then observed her on her cell phone talking while waiting on people. The food was okay most of it tasted great. Our waitress came by once to take plates.

They didn’t have Mac & cheese. Probably the worse place I’ve ever been!!! Do not recommend!!!!! Food looked & tasted gross!!!! It really ruined a Great day after celebrating my daughter’s birthday with friends from Canobie Lake.

Unfortunately didn’t make it to the table. There were no prices online when we tried to look up the buffet prices.. then we tried to call and was sent to a voicemail Twice… but we wanted something different so my family and I show up anyway ready for whatever the buffet price may be. Last I checked it was around $15 so when the front desk ran it up to $73+ including drinks for just 3 adults and 1 toddler…we had to walk out. Feels silly to go to a buffet and spend that much when we could go to Longhorn Steakhouse down the road for much better food at the same price. So we did and our bill is $67 to feed us all QUALITY food and served.

I'm so glad they reopened this place. It's much cleaner and the food selection looks fresher and they keep it supplied more often. This place was ran down before they closed it. I'm glad they regroped.

Not the best place for people with allergen issues. I can't have dairy, and many of the food items were labeled with allergens but just as many were completely missing any labels. Their online allergen menu is hard to use, especially for this issue since it is 22 pages of items all listed alphabetically. Useless if you don't know the what name of what you are looking at is supposed to be.
