We’ve tried visiting Henghai Boba Tea twice now during their posted business hours, and both times they were closed. Despite the “Open” sign on the door, the lights were off, the doors were locked, and no one was there. The first time we visited a few months ago, they were actually open and the bubble tea was fantastic, so we were really looking forward to going back. But after two wasted trips, we’re done. I get that things happen, but twice in a row is frustrating. At the very least, they should update their Google business hours so customers aren’t left guessing. I also called ahead both times and the phone just rang with no answer. Henghai has lost our business.

I love their Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte. For a Vegan, I'm glad they have Plant Base Milk option ?❤

The owner's cool and the place is very clean.

The milk tea is a safe option for people who need to avoid sugar, and of course the shop is very cute! It's a wonderful place to stop in on Elm.

Dietary restrictions: As of my visit, the milk tea is a good option to avoid sugar and the boba is only lightly sweetened.

Parking: This is on Elm, so it's mostly street parking (which is free on weekends).

Best tapioca!! I grew up in Queens, NY where there are boba shops every other door on the block. For NH, Henghai Boba is the only place that has such soft fresh boba. Even my partner, who usually opts them out, enjoyed it.

I asked for a recommendation and got the taro coconut, with 30% sugar. Delicious! He got the strawberry yogurt and it tastes closer to Yakult-Yogurt. Subtle and soft.

Very clean and cute interior, will come again!

So cute! Just off the corner of Bridge and Elm. Milk Green Tea was amazing! It's so awesome Manchester has Boba! Had to get 2 of each kind of Macarons so everyone in the family found a flavor they like. Can't wait to come back!

Henghai is a cozy and cute boba shop on the less busy side of Elm St. It has a large menu of drinks including milk teas, lattes, smoothies, and sodas. What really excited me is their macaron selection and bubble egg waffles. When I entered I saw that they were offering waffle hot dogs as well. I wasn't hungry and only ordered tea but I'll be sure to come back for snacks. The boba were perfectly chewy and the tea was flavorful and not understeeped or syrupy.

The special drink strawberry/peach combo was delicious. The boba itself was fresh and squishy, very tasty. The shop interior was well coordinated and the staff was courteous. They made my drinks very quickly, in and out in just a few minutes. I'll be going there again, and I wish them continued success.

I went there 5 minutes to 12, so it should've been open for about half an hour, but there was no one there. The doors were locked, despite the sign on the door saying they were open, and according to another sign, they open at 11:30 every day. There was no note saying if they were on break or when they'll be back. Please let me know if the sign was inaccurate or if the store is just closed today (in which case I recommend getting a website to customers can keep track of that).
Edit: I was finally able to try their food and drinks. I found them rather good, and the atmosphere was nice and cool. I recommend, but they also appear understaffed so if you are going within an hour of opening, I recommend calling ahead, and I also recommend that the staff leave a note on the door when they need to leave for a break or for any other reason.
