This hotel is very convenient to the Manchester Airport - less than a 5 minute drive. The rooms are spacious and the hot breakfast was very good. All of the staff members we spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a few problems. The satellite dish TV service reception was poor and the picture kept fading in and out -the hotel was aware of the problem and said the issue was with the satellite TV company and not them. We stayed there for 2 nights and housekeeping did not come make up our room. The front desk apologized for the oversight and said at the least they should have provided fresh linens but they did not. The big complaint that I had was that the hotel charges a nightly fee to park your car. I would understand if they were a downtown hotel or had limited parking available, but they have ample parking around the property. I spoke to the hotel manager about this and she said that she had received a number of complaints regarding this and that it was the policy of the company owning the hotel and not the individual hotel itself. I have stayed at Springhill Suites before and never had to pay to park. The hotel manager agreed to waive the parking charges which I thought was very nice of her to do. I would consider staying there again if the parking fee went away.

Great choice for a place to stay when catching an early flight out of MHT. We drove down from vacationing in Maine and decided to stay 2 nights so we could visit the Currier Museum of Art while in the area. Rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Free breakfast was good had all the standards stuff - pastries, cereal, oatmeal, fruit plus hot eggs. Hot coffee was available in the lobby all day. We returned our rental car after day 1 and the free shuttle gave us a ride back to the hotel. Rode the free shuttle to the airport the next morning at 4:30am! At most a 10 min ride to MHT. The front desk staff was wonderful - pleasant , efficient and helpful - they seemed to really enjoy being there.

An honest review! Very happy. We have traveled A LOT in the past two years. This place is clean, has a very good breakfast (which changes a bit daily) Recently renovated. The rooms and hallways are clean. The staff is friendly. An indoor pool and a nice clean fitness center with cardio/kettlebells/bands and even wipes to clean the machines (a rarity). I like to take the stairs and many hotels don't bother to keep them clean, but they are here. Rooms are a decent size. It's quiet at night-no highway noises. There are not restaurants within walking distance, but several within a mile in each direction including the dog friendly (on the patio) Backyard Brewery. Airport transportation is available. Very affordable, especially if you book an extended stay (5-7 days). The dog fee is $100 per stay.

The hotel was mediocre at best. Our room was terrible. There was a box fan running when we got there to try and dry the soaking wet carpet that was clearly from the AC unit leaking. The carpet was totally soaked and the room smelled of mildew and “wet dog”. The front staff offered me towels to put down on the carpet and some air freshener. No other rooms were available as they were sold out. I emailed the manger and there was no response just $25 off and a $5 parking fee that they don’t tell you about upon check-in. Would not go back. The Homewood Suites across the street is soooo much better.

First let me start off by saying I never leave reviews, because who the hell has the time right?!? That being said, I did want to mention the q thing that truly stood out while i stayed here….His name Is Adrian the driver for the shuttle that the hotel offers.. Damn what else can I say about this guy, he knew the where the exact spots for whatever I was looking for… he really knew his stuff! A huge shout out to Mr. Adrian the driver….thank you for making my trip way less stressful!! YOU ROCK!

My husband and I spent five nights at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The exercise room had decent treadmills and a contactless water cooler. The room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Here are the puzzling parts: Not once did anyone change the towels and we had read that the rooms were taken care of every other day. I noticed only once did the bed look made up. Never were the two drinking glasses changed. I had used the coffee in the room (4 pods) before going down to breakfast, and once, when the trash and recycling were emptied, not one pod was replenished. The bathroom baseboard was extremely dusty. It was like a few things were done in small pieces, but not everything was done? Very strange. Loved the exercise room, but so did some large ants. At one point I noticed someone must have vacuumed, but not in corners. Very obvious. Mostly, I take the stairs, and not once during our stay did maintenance pick up the same tissue and pieces of paper on those steps. This says to me they are greatly short-staffed or management is not checking periodically? I was puzzled; however, I did like the hotel overall, and would have awarded another star had it not been for those things.

Very accommodating to our needs. We had two rooms for the family, they had us stay close together and even had one of the rooms changed due to a leak in their A/C unit. Definitely suggest this hotel!!

Stayed here one night and checked in late after celebrating at a " welcome home" reunion for our son that returned home after a 11 month deployment. The person at the desk (Monica) was so awesome. She helped get extra pillows and was accommodating with our special requests. We highly recommend this place if you are staying in the area.

I am a long time Marriott customer. Arrived late to room 308 and the room was not clean. Pubic hairs on bathroom floor, p*** streaks in toilet and food crumbs on ottoman. I won’t be staying here again.

I've stayed at a plethora of Marriott's from Atlanta to California and the Customer Care here has been the BEST that I've EVER RECEIVED. Mary, the young woman at the front desk, was Genuinely Courteous and she took the best of me. Gratitude Mary, I can't stop singing your praises!

Stayed for a weekend getaway over Nov 4-6/2022. When we arrived was told by the desk clerk (who was there all weekend unfortunately) that there would be no weekend cleaning or maid service. Her attitude was not that pleasant, and almost rude. Asked if she had my gold Marriott number, and she said that because I booked through a third party (only because it was cheaper), she could not help me. The next morning garbage was lining the hall outside the rooms as well as the front door as the bins were full. Upon leaving asked for a copy of my bill, and the clerk refused. I insisted, and finally got one. I know people have bad days, but Springhill is doing themselves no favours by having her represent them. In Marriott's mission statement it reads "to enhance the lives of our customers, by creating and enabling unsurpassed vacation and leisure experiences". This hotel falls well short of this and should be addressed immediately.

This was a very good but not superb SpringHill Suites. Pros: Extremely close to airport, easy when flying in and out. Comfortable (but not overly large) room, with good shower and decent hot breakfast. Cons: The property seems a bit old and tired. While generally clean it didn’t come off as being a state of the art SpringHill Suites. But it met my needs at a decent price. To be superb it would have had to be almost new, more modern shower and have a more comfortable couch. I ate dinner in my room one night and could either eat at the coffee table (too low) or at the desk (and thus unable to see the television). But again, it was very good.

Marshall crane, is the director of operations at the airport in manchester. I feel that he is very unprofessional, and inadequate for the job that is so critical and essential for the smooth operation at the airport. His incompetent attitude towards his staff and managers is very unethical. He belittles his staff and managers and lack's empathy. I feel that "professionalism" is so critical in this key role, especially in a large corporate entity like this one. The two restaurant managers that are females are very dedicated and professional. They make sure that the customers, and staff team members come first and take pride at what they do. They realize that working for a large scale corporate Enterprise, that being honest and empathetic while delegating staff members tasks and goals effectively is very crucial part of the operations. They also understand and have compassion for their employees, and realize that personal situations maybe inevitable, but encouragement and and compassion are the best ways to keep and treat staff members. Sincerely ex employee that was fired because of the director's bad day...
