We went to the chophouse to celebrate a birthday and they did not disappoint , the chicken parm was amazing , the filets were cooked to perfection . Our waitress was phenomenal. Overall 10 out of 10 experience we will be back ! The chophouse never disappoints we highly recommend this restaurant .

We dine at HSC regularly. The food is almost always great and service excellent. However, the cocktails regularly disappoint. They're okay, but just don't compete with the likes of an Ocean Prime or Capital Griile or even lesser places.

We both had the petit filet mignon, which were perfectly cooked. I chose the bernaise sauce which was perfection, with the carmelized mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables. My husband had the blue cheese sauce....before my entree I had the Caesar salad which I really enjoyed. My husband had the oysters, he said they were okay, but not as briny as he would have preferred. Our server was attentive and personable. We were very pleased with our meal and service, and would highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I drove over an hour because we love trying new places and I can say it did not disappoint. The drinks, food and service were AMAZING!!! We sat at the bar and the bartender that served us was Jimmy! He is absolutely fantastic!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Filet melted in my mouth. Fresh swordfish special was outstanding. Casey, our server, was efficient and most helpful. It was a 6 1/2 hour drive, but we will definitely be back. We shared the salad special, and it arrived on 2 plates, which was convenient. The entire experience was lovely.
