Ordered 4 sandwiches and a brownie through Doordash. A single sandwich was delivered. After calling, they said they would redo the order but we needed to go get it. Had to talk to them three times on the phone to understand what was going on, trying to blame it on the dasher, saying that the dasher picked up the order before it was done. But wouldn't there be sandwiches waiting for us. .

After my wife drove there to pick it up and got home, we found that the order had been redone, but all that was on the sandwiches was the meat and cheeses. No dressing, no veggies, etc. Just dry meat and cheese.

Your manager working on that day deserves recognition for ensuring the consistent, quality delivery of product that your brand represents. With significant staff challenges your manager is still working like crazy to ensure quality product delivery to your customers.

Your manager jumped in and she corrected the way the subs were made, wrapped and packaged before we were given the subs to go. Without staff working to that standard, the whole brand suffers.

I'm very sad to see that vulture capital firm take you over, I'm enjoying Jersey Mike's as much as I can until they inevitably destroy one of the very best "fast food" options.

Order ahead is the way to go. Love the Philly Chicken and cheese and the Philly Steak and Cheese made my way(no peppers and onions).

I used to love this place. Not sure what happened. I got a regular size steak and cheese for like 13 bucks and it was the worst steak and cheese I ever got. It was about the size of a hot pocket. They used so little steak it just tasted like bread. This was an absolutely horrible experience.

I came here for the first time not knowing what to expect and and some young man wearing a bun and a blonde young woman both made my order so good, I made sure to asked for there names because of how good there customer service was, I think there names were Jaden and Ellen? Not sure exactly the names but just off there attitude and the way they made the sandwiches I’ll definitely be coming back anytime I have lunch break because they make the sandwich with care and understanding

1:50pm 9/1/24. No line at the “order” position. Stood there in front of a goatee dude slicing up meats. No greeting, no eye contact. Stood there until the cashier asked me to cash out. I told him I hadnt ordered yet. No response from the Order Here area. Nice service. If you dont like your job then quit and stop wasting other’s time. What a jerk.

4pm, 6 employees, 3 customers in the store, every table was dirty, the floor was filthy, the counter behind the glass was not wiped down, the counter by the fountain drinks was filthy. Just wow

We order from Jersey Mikes all the time. My wife and I normally love the subs, but I get my order wrong 6 times out of 8. Just to be clear this is today’s adventure. After We pick up our order and drive home to eat. First bite, there is something wrong. So I check and call Jersey Mikes and ask for a manager. I call and say there is oil and vinegar on my sandwich. Being told by the manager that she made it, because she recognized the name, and didn’t put oil and Vinegar on it. Told her you can taste it. She said, I believe I didn’t put any on.. So here are some pictures of the oil and vinegar all over the sub. Crazy part is know I have take it 20 min across town to prove my point and get a fresh sandwich.
This is wrong to do to a Loyal Customer.

2 times I went to get a sub and the person in the middle who puts the condiments on the sub had wiped down the counter with their hands, then proceeded to make my sub with the same gloves on.

I came in at 8:50pm on a Saturday night. I know they were closing in 10 minutes but I was looking forward to having one of their grinders. When I walked in the guy asks “are you picking up an online order” I said no then he groaned and sighed so loud that even if the lobby was full, every person would of heard him. Then as I’m trying to give my order he keeps turning away from me and I would have to stop and wait for him to listen again. I only ordered a chicken Philly plain with extra cheese and he acted like I gave him a 20 grinder order. He then walked over to the other employee and said “I should of just told him I was closed” and he purposely said it loud enough so I could hear it. I love Jersey Mike’s and I don’t mind paying the extra in comparison to other sandwich shops because in my opinion it’s worth the extra money. But I WILL NEVER GO BACK to the Manchester NH location. If you’re open till 9pm that means you’re open for business until 9pm. I’ve worked retail for many years including restaurants and I know when someone comes in 1 minute before you close and put in a $200 order that can be quite annoying but that was not the case here. I think upper management needs to tell their employees to make sure they are giving good service to all customers regardless of the time, that way they don’t lose any more customers.
