First visit here and we love it. The place is very clean with vintage decor. Not a large place but the servings are. The pecan sticky buns are homemade, warm and gooey... A must have! Homemade hash and baked beans were excellent! Loved our first experience there, so will definitely go back.
Breakfast Done Right! These folks clearly care about what they are doing. Made-in-house corned beef, hollandaise sauce that is not yellow glop, and a lovely poached egg yielded a fine Irish Benedict. The pan-fries were awesome as well. The decor might not have been to my taste, but the service and the food kicked butt.
Never disappointed. Even with being short handed out wait was reasonable, especially with coffee available to take outside if you don't want to wait inside. The service is always impeccable and the food is always without fault. The prices are very reasonable. This became our go to on Sundays when we went in with our 2 year old and the had a spill proof cup for her.
I hate giving reviews like this. I don't want to ruin this hidden gem, and the last thing I want is hordes of folks lined up out the door. Honestly, this is a fabulous place to grab breakfast in Manchester. Everything is fresh and scratch-made, from the baked goods to the entrees. We had the breakfast omelet special, and it was so good. The cinnamon roll was embarrassingly delicious. I am tempted to drop by every day just for the baked goods. And to boot, a really lovely sweet staff that made you feel at home. Why get a passable breakfast elsewhere when you can get a great breakfast at Julien's?
Everything is homemade and tastes fantastic, I ate a whole breakfast and didn't hate myself when I left! No bloat or uncomfortable feeling despite eating the usual amount to cause that. Atmosphere is homey and the staff didn't seem like they hated being there, which means all the food was made with love! Pancakes were phenomenal
My husband and I are new to the area, and we stopped in for breakfast the other day. We will absolutely return! It was a wonderful experience. Our waitress was excellent, service was quick and attentive even as a line began to form at the door during the rush. The food was was fantastic and we LOVED the “feel” of the restaurant with the unique decor… the tablecloths, curtains… all of it felt so cozy, almost like having breakfast at grandma’s. Such a cute spot and unique experience. Highly recommend!!!
Love it, love it, love it!!! Without a doubt my favorite new place!!! I've had breakfast there 3 times now and i can't wait for #4. My only issue is the reduced hours and my inability to make it there for lunch. I can't recommend a place any more than Julien's. They are classically decorated for an ambiance that makes you feel like you're in a Victorian Cafe. Great staff as well. Be prepared to fall in love.
Juliens are known for their beans but service outstanding and breakfast forever wonderdul. A must try sunday stop!!
Very generous portions and lots of eye candy to take in! Even the bathroom is beautifully decorated. Very quaint! Attentive service, Delicious omelet!
What a fun little breakfast spot. Our waitress was a New England local who was incredibly friendly and gave us great suggestions for our meal — Get all the baked goods grilled. Never have I thought to grill a blueberry muffin but my God it was wicked good. The sirloin steak was exactly how I wanted it, the over easy eggs were perfect, the coffee kept flowing, and every single one of the suggested homefries had to be eaten. My girlfriend ordered the florentine benny, which was also perfect, with plenty of hollandaise for me to dip my homefries in, and a grilled cinnamon roll that was perfectly sweet (and again, the grilled bit just made it over-the-top good)!Great little local spot that otherwise might be overlooked by a passerby — but highly recommend.

Great food! Such a cute and quaint little breakfast place!
If you are looking for a local spot that makes the most delicious ? homemade food this is the place to go! Small and cozy, friendly service, and delicious!
My dining companion and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Julien's. I had a daily special that was excellent. It was comprised of a fresh bagel topped with hash, which was amazing, including not being greasy at all, two perfectly cooked poached eggs and hollandaise sauce which was out of this world. It was served with a side of incredibly delicious baked beans (which are apparently available for sale to take home as well). My dining companion had a warm fresh scone that was tasty as well. The service was great as well, as the server was not only attentive but very upbeat as well. The atmosphere is casual and a bit funky. All and all we had a great dining experience. I highly recommend Julien's for a great breakfast !
