Chilly chicken momos are very good and the atmosphere is really good. The restaurant is super convenient and food like chicken biryani and goat biryani is really amazing.

We visited Kathmandu Spice last week as the menu was found to be very exciting one. Unfortunately the orders didn't please us. We ordered Chili Moms and Chicken lollipop for starters. The Momos were extremely spicy (fyi-I like to eat raw thai green chilis) and the chicken lollipop were not even close to cooked. The chicken lollipop are typically made from chicken wings but Kathmandu spice restaurant used drumstick for this recipe. We informed the manager about uncooked bloody chicken, to which he asked if he should take it back to fry again! OMG. I never had someone asking us if they should refry half eaten food. We paid for it and had to throw those pieces of chicken and so momos. We ordered veg thali too which was kind of better than other dishes we had. Overall, not satisfied.

We have been well over a 25 times. The food is excellent and authentic. It runs a little on the salty side. We have done both dine in and take out. Just watch on the take out because there will be something missing close to half the time.
Excellent staff and Very Good food. I chose to dine in and am glad I did! I started with a Banana Lassi and then ordered some Garlic Naan and Butter Chicken(Mild) for dinner. The Butter Chicken spice level seemed stronger than mild and I did not mind at all, as I enjoy spicy food. The Garlic Naan was very fresh with plenty of garlic. Looks were deceiving with the Butter Chicken. I was surprised how much meat and sauce was really in the bowl. I finished with the carrot pudding which was Good. Highly recommend if you're in the area and like Indian, Nepalese, and/or spicy food!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free and Vegetarian options available.

MOLDY RICE! Inexcusable, especially for the price we paid for the meal. Quality is waaay down overall, very disappointing. Butter chicken was OK, not great. garlic naan was gritty, as was the saag paneer. Vegetables need to be washed more carefully, grit is no fun to eat in your spinach. Worst part, the rice was MOLDY. Not in appearance, but over-the-top moldy smell, the minute we opened the container (it was a to-go order) that unmistakable mold smell hit us. Any good chef knows when their staple dish is of poor quality. It's obvious the restaurant is cutting corners. Sorry, you don't serve moldy food to people. We won't be back.

I absolutely love this place. Their butter chicken is absolutely delicious and I would also recommend their various breads. Stick to mild heat unless you really like spicy foods.Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses
This place has some of the best Indian and Nepalese food around. The Korma is absolutely delicious and the samosas are to die for. The service is always fantastic.
Sometimes you a know a place is amazing because you see people of the same ethnicity eating there. This is Kathmandu Spice. The servers are as authentic as the food is, and the food is amazing! Especially the Nepalese items. I had a beautiful lentil dish that was perfectly spiced to my liking, and as comforting and smooth as one can ask for a curry. My husband had the whole fish special, its bone in, but absolutely cooked to perfection. They have a beer and wine menu, with some good choices such as Josh Cabernet and St Michelle Reisling, wines to compliment the food. They have some hard basic alcohol, but this isn’t the food for cocktails, however, I’m sure they would have no issue making a rum and coke, a gin and tonic, or a vodka cranberry. I saw a child cry today because they didn’t have grenadine to make a Shirley Temple, and I’m sorry, if you’re kids aren’t able to have a plan B when they go out to eat, perhaps they aren’t ready to go out to eat. I saw the servers get talked down to tonight, and I will say it was unnecessary and rude. This is a Nepalese/Indian restaurant, if you want American type food, go to the pizza place next door. However, if you’re looking for a one of a kind wonderful and authentic restaurant with the servers being the same people who prepare your food with love and care, this is your spot!
