Had a late night out tonight (10/24/25) and decided to pick up food before heading back to the hotel. First, It took a good 10 minutes to even order the food. Then after paying we noticed one of the meals was missing and asked about it, the guy proceeded to argue that we didn’t order it. I had no issue paying for the meal but he continued arguing that i didn’t order it and there was nothing i could do.
10/10 i don’t recommend this place one bit.
Taco bell is just a block away and i had zero issues there.

Just went tonight 10/20/25(just before 8pm) with my wife and we ordered an 8pc meal with a coupon. I totally forgot to get the lady's name, but she was great! I guess she was the only one at the time and she still managed to give us friendly and quick service, food was made very well and everything was bagged up perfectly! Whoever this may concern, look to see who worked earlier and give them a raise! Don't let her go. You can't find such great employees much anymore! Great experience ❤️

ordered on uber eats from here twice both on different occasions and at different times of night and each time my order said it was being prepared and then no one answered when my uber eats driver went to pick up my food. i call a few times to get a hold of someone as to why this was happening and either got sent to voice mail or phone was taken off the hook. it says it’s open till 12AM if the workers aren’t going to do their job efficiently until closing time then maybe the hours should be changed.
Food was mostly pretty good except the fries were over cooked and hard. Chicken was good but a bit overcooked. Service was timely. The last time i went here around dinner time i was told there was no white meat. I then went to pizza hut.

I went in with my elderly parents the staff was very rude they wouldn’t take my order unless I use the kios excuse me I want a live person and it wasn’t busy needless to say the staff was sarcastic I ended up leaving and will never go there again.

They NEVER answer after dinner time (7pm) and they give out old fried chicken so many times that they've given me old, refried chicken, extremely oily, that's greasy from getting to re-fry before sending it out, and then to delivers with Doordash so you get it and have to take a picture after being shafted, but I do it so i can prove the horrible service. They/ most new and young, just don't care, most people need the low wages to survive and this bothers me because it's affecting food and service quality. 😢
