Order from their Online app...and you can't pick it up through the drive-thru. Closed my account due to stupidity. Good luck with that. Also, drive-thru person had a big 'eye-roll' tone. Nope.

Called after to explain their stupidity -Response: - "people are stealing food, so we have customers come inside to verify everyone"

Every online order comes with a unique order number - why not just ask for that? Seriously dumb people run this joint.

I hate to write a bad review but until this KFC location hire better staffs, i wont come back.
- I ordered online and pulled up to drive thru. They said I have to go inside. The time between the time I put in the order and when the order ready is only 5 minutes (did they microwave?)
- I checked my order and asked the staff if everything is all set. The lady said "if it's on the counter then it's all set" in a annoyed tone of voice. Because the bag was tied sealed so I can't tell whether the drink is packed in there. The order was missing Pepsi that came with the combo
- Fried chicken was way too oily. The burger only had sauce, chicken, and buns.....where's the cheese and pickle as shown in the picture? Even Mcdonald have pickles...
- The fries that came with the tender combo and the sandwich combo was only enough for a child to eat.

Please hire and train better staffs; otherwise I'll never recommend this location.

We went in to order and were greeted by a yound man named Nick who was polite and on his game- being new years eve, they were filling buckets to go for almost every customer and they were nailing it while being friendly! We ordered a pot pie as well as a bucket of chicken and we forget our pot pie and the yound man named Nick ran it out to us! The meal was tasty and the staff was kind.

I placed a pickup order on DoorDash for two combo meals on 12/17. I ordered a 12-piece nugget combo and a 4-piece chicken combo. I picked up the order, and the drive-thru attendant was very rude when I asked "Is this all? This is the pickup order for Sarah right?" He replied in an irritated tone, "Yeah, and we are closing." before he shut the window and walked away. I was missing my two drinks that came with the combo meals, but I didn't want to ask for them considering the subpar hospitality I was greeted with upon arriving well before closing. (I ordered 30 min. ahead, and arrived 30 min. before closing). Furthermore, when I got home, I opened the bag and found an 8-piece bucket of chicken. I understand you may think I am saying this just because I was displeased about not receiving anything I had actually ordered, but I assure you this is the truth. The chicken was soggy. I threw the bucket away.

This place is disgusting. The chicken tenders we got were completely undercooked and the batter was still wet. When I got my food, after waiting 20 minutes while we were one of two groups there, there was hair in my food and the fries were ice cold. We all ordered fountain drinks and they failed to inform us that their soda machine was not working and they had to fill our drinks as they gave us empty cups. The restaurant is not very cleanly and there are boxes around the place. The bathroom is not clean with trash overflowing ans visibly dirty floors and surfaces.

I ordered off of doordash and my order was made wrong and items were missing from my order. I called in to this kfc, and spoke with Ashley she told me that she wrote in the books that I'd get a free tender meal with the items that were missing. I was told I could come to the kfc drive up and ask for "Ashley". Well, I arrived there and said that we had a problem. With my doordash order yesterday and Ashley wrote my name in the books for a free render meal with the items that were missing. I was told that I needed to come inside I said "unfortunately, I can't I'm disabled" I was told very rudely "well, I don't know then." You have the audactiy to tell a disabled women to come inside after I said I couldn't for a mistake on an order. WHAT? Only to be told my the apparent manager that they don't give out free food. I asked him did you look in the books Ashley I guess wrote my name down and what was needed to be done he said "no, I didnt look" but gave me the money back that I was charged for. Apparently Ashley who told me to come by this time today had left early. Wtf! I'm going to be completely honest ya'll are in competition with the Dairy Queen down the street from you and ya'll suck for service. It isn't hard to check meals before handing them to the customer or the person that is picking up the food. Not only that, but it isn't hard to be nice when speaking to a customer. You obviously didn't check for accuracy before it left your building which is very frustrating and annoying. I gave ya'll another chance because you have messed up multiple orders of mine over the years, but I will not be going to this kfc again. There is better fried chicken in this city. I will also make sure I don't recommend this kfc to anyone.

These are the reasons I won't go back to KFC again:
(1). They don't update online inventory and allow you to order items that are not available. I made full payment, then was told one of my items is not available and can't be refunded.
(2). If you put order online, you won't be able to get refund online or in store. You have to call 1800-call-KFC for any refund .The store manager even initially gave me a wrong number.
(3) Their store manager seems on drugs or have mental issue. I called both numbers she gave me and both KFC agents asked me for the store number/ID. I asked the store manager. She threw a piece of paper with 1800-call-KFC on it and yelled at me: " I already gave you the phone number, please get out of the store now, otherwise I call the police. " I explained to her again:" KFC agents wants your store number to proceed, not a KFC phone number." She didn't even listen, continued screaming at me. She was waivng her arms, slammed the table. Her face was red and fiecing... That moment I had a thought that she is on drugs or have mental issues. My son was scared by her and kept talking:" that lady is scaring. "
(4). The police came when I was in my car talking to KFC agent on the phone. The police then tried to help me get their store number/ ID. Their higher level store manager told the police that they don't give out store numbers. However, KFC agents ask for store number. KFC managers and agents are contradicting themselves. How will customers get refund?
(5). The higher store manager also told the police that customers can get refund online. However the other store manager told me that customers can only get refund by calling 1800-call-KFC. KFC managers contradict themselves... Such a mass.
(6) I was transferred to 3 different KFC agents on the phone for an hour and every agent told me that:" I can't help you with the refund. I will transfer you to another agent to get refund..." I think I will have to get the refund through my credit card company.

Lessons learned, I will not order from KFC again.

I came in here the other week for a doordash order. They really screw over their doordashers. Every time I come here I wait 30+ minutes. TIME IS MONEY WHEN YOU DO DOORDASH. I cannot wait for an employee to dilly dally around. There was one employee cleaning and the other seemed like she was doing nothing, with no one in the drive thru and only one other person in the store. They received the doordash before I got there so why would it take that long to make? Every other restaurant can do it in a timely manner. This is the ONLY restaurant that takes this long. I will NEVER accept another order from here and am planning to block the merchant through doordash and report the company through doordash. The employee I talked to was also rude. Once I had had enough of waiting for the order I tried to leave and the door was locked due to how late it was. I went to the counter and told the employee and she tried to basically shush me because she thought I was complaining about how long the order was taking. She then proceeded to tell me the door "wasn't locked" when it clearly was. I tried to go out another door and it was locked as well. I finally was able to leave after she unlocked it but it was ridiculous. I was fuming. I know that service workers struggle and customers can be awful but this was a horrible experience for me and I will be passing this along to any other dashers I know and family members/friends.
