I went thru drive thru at 9pm tonight. Signs say they close at 11pm. No one answered at the speaker so I figured maybe it was not working. I pulled up to the window, employees were cleaning 2 different employees looking at me thru the window rolled their eyes and shook their head. No one came to the window to say that they were closed or if they closed early. Poor customer service is you ask me.

All of 2023 the service was terrible 3 times we would walk in and wait 5 to 10 minutes to be served, And sometime had to walk out without being served, They would look at you and snicker, And not even acknowledge you were there, This restaurant needs new management. I will not go back until they hire a competent manager.

I like KFC, but our order wasn't complete. As I picked it up I didn't find out until I got home that items were missing. It was a let down, when we called to address it we were told we could either come back and pick up the missing items or come back and have our card refunded for what was missing. It felt like minimum effort to fall short of making things right.

Honestly how hard is it to mix the mashed potatoes powder and out of my whole meal all i ate was the bread cause this time it was cooked and not even the tenders were cooked well so money in the trash today!Wheelchair accessibility: I don't know if there open for dine-in but you can definitely go in if your in a wheel chair

Years ago was great, a year ago drive threw had no chicken smh... This order I made the mistake of online ordering.... Well they had chicken ( yippie) not well prepared and possibly old. No taste. The fries are horrible, definitely not made in the last 4 hrs... But hey the Cole slaw was good. SmhAs for the drive threw saying I have to go in to pick it up ( I was greasy from a 13 hr long day at my work) then going in and the staff assuming I know where they placed my order,,, was the nail in the coffin. I won't go back to that location ever again and will probably not even do KFC again. To much money for lack of respect from staff!

I don't usually comment on fast food places ....However ,Just have to say how impressed I was by the quality of chicken , size of pieces , portion sizes , quickness , friendly , attentative staff !Not expected , anymore these days .....so it was A Nice change to the unfortunate " way of the times " we are currently experiencingWell Done KFC , Second Street Manchester ?

Everytime I go all they have is extra crispy. You would think you would cook more original. Crispy Chicken is always dry and seems like it was cooked yesterday or longer. You wonder are they really out of original or just trying to get rid of the old chicken. ?

It's very unpleasant going inside this place, the staff will look at you and say nothing and this will happen a few times until you say "hello ?" then they will say one second like they are busy even tho most workers are talking and doing nothing.It smells also, not like poop just mold almost

Just sent my daughter there to get 30$ worth of food. Half of it is missing. She didn’t check because she assumed they would do there job right. What we did get is soggy and cold and absolutely disgusting. Definitely not crispy ?. Half the batter isn’t even on it. Just naked chicken. They won’t answer the phone. Never going there again. Can’t even eat it. Not happy

Had an interview at 2:15, showed up at 2:05 . Informed them I was there for an interview. They told me to sit and wait and I did . 45 minutes went by, wasn’t busy at all, 3 customers at max came in and ate and left. Eventually it turned 2:50. I got up and left . Very rude, the atmosphere was like as if they didn’t want me there at all.
