My boyfriend and I have been coming to this restaurant almost every week for the past 5 months. We used to really like it, especially the jhol momos, but the quality has completely gone down. Honestly, it’s been disappointing for the last 7–8 times we’ve gone. Yesterday we ordered samosa chaat (I clearly said no yogurt, but they still added it), tandoori kati roll, Sally soup, and jhol momos. The momos once again were watery and bland. When I asked, the staff said they had added too much salt and then just put water to “balance” it out. That’s not balancing — that’s ruining the dish. This isn’t just one mistake. I’ve had chow mein here that was undercooked and hard, and when I called about it, they said they’d write down my name and make sure the chef prepared it properly next time. That didn’t happen. Another time I ordered chicken chow mein online, and they sent veg chow mein except there weren’t even any vegetables in it. Just plain noodles. Even takeaway is the same story. My boyfriend once brought me jhol momos, and within 10 minutes the soup turned thick and soggy. We went back, and instead of fixing it, we had to pay for the same thing again and it was still watery. We’ve been patient and kept coming back, hoping things would get better, but it’s been the same every time. It feels like they don’t care about regular customers at all. At this point, it’s just a waste of money and really disappointing.

KS Kitchen has been reliably fantastic every time! They are super accomodating towards dietary restrictions, so I highly recommend if you are vegan or have allergies. I mostly have gotten takeout, but recently had dinner there with a friend and the service was sweet, friendly, and fast. Atmosphere was relaxing, and food absolutely delicious and well presented. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Again, highly recommend!

We were visiting NH from Orlando,Florida. Food was tasty and Kapil’s service was great.He was very respectful and exceptionally courteous and kind. We visited the place two times in one week just because of the hospitality we received there. We had a to go order after dinner to take away on our 20 hour drive back. He was kind and had packed a complimentary rice pudding. It was a pleasent surprise half way from NH. We look forward to dine in there soon in winters.

This has become one of my favorite restaurants!!! Such detailed food isn't the easiest to make and it's rarely served fresh, but this wonderful place serves very fresh food pretty quickly. The service is friendly, efficient and helpful. It feels more like coming to a friend's home. But the best thing is the food... It's delightful! I live in NH and work in Boston, eating out often, and this place is incomparable! I'll be eating there as often as I can. Make sure to say hi. 😁

If only I could give a negative for the customer service. The closing time is 12am but before they started closing the dine in at 11:30, then at 11’ and now it’s 10:45’ I mean what exactly is the point?! You are closing early with the reasons of you having some party/ event. Next it’s okay that they close early, but the employees/ manager in the front is as rude as possible to even give the excuse. Rubbing off your shoulders, or raising your eye brows not helpful. You need to respect the customers who come to your restaurant at the least. We still ordered food To-Go, but no plates for TO - GO. Seriously? Wouldn’t be returning. Thank you!

KS Kitchen is a great spot in Manchester. The food is always good, and the lady who works there is so kind and welcoming — she really makes the place feel warm and friendly.
My absolute favorite is the jhol momos. That’s my go-to dish every single time I visit, and I can’t get enough of them.
Overall, KS Kitchen has delicious food, a nice atmosphere, and wonderful service. Definitely a place I enjoy going back to again and again.
