The staff is so RUDE, if I could leave 0 starts, I would! I love bubble tea and visited many Kungfu Tea locations across the US, this is by far the worst. I came in and said “hello” received zero response, tried ordering and redeeming the rewards from the app, the staff did not want to help at all. After I figured it out, they just sighed and said “yeah sure” with the worst attitude. I clearly ordered milk tea and when the other staff member brought it to me, it was a wrong drink and they tried to argue with me. After making what I ACTUALLY ordered, they just slid it on the table and I said “thanks” and the two of them turned away. I tried to be respectful and polite, and the two members of staff were just having the worst attitude. So disappointing, if some can’t be polite or at
least respectful, why be in customer service.

Tried bubble tea from this place for the 1st time and it’s a shame for Kung fu tea. Taro bubble tea tastes extremely sweet (it’s like you’re sipping simple syrup) and the color didn’t look like the usual ones.
Taste is absolutely disgusting 🤮 What a waste of money.

I orded a hot coffee. All I wanted was hot coffee since its kind of cold outside, and I was given a iced coffee. I politely said that was not what I had order and I was told that I had ordered wrong. The girls working there did make me the hot coffee that I had ordered. But they never apologized, infact they seemed annoyed. Then they both disappeared into the back then one of the girls came out and silently gave me my coffee.
I was made to feel like a burden for asking for the order I asked for in the first place.

This is just my experience. If you want to go here, by all means, go. But personally I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

i just got a matcha and i absolutely love it. and the service was awesome. like i literally just got my drink two seconds ago and the lady there working was so nice and pretty like she needs a raise. she has dark long hair and she was wearing a grey hoodie, i don’t even know if this review is gonna do anything but like she’s so nice and i wish i gave her a bigger tip.

Woah am I upset. I go here quite often and this time I decided to DoorDash. I’ve tried calling the restaurant 10 times over an hour and I know most of the staff is a bunch of teenagers sitting in the corner on their phone not wanting to do their job as they always are when I come in. No one will pick up. They completely forgot a drink I ordered, argued with the door dasher that there wasn’t a second drink after they tried showing them the order. My husband drove there, completely defeating the purpose of DoorDashing. And they made the drink NO COMPENSATION, not a larger size, not a partial refund…. And come to find out they don’t have a phone number so that’s why I had no way to get ahold of them. I had Popeyes forget an entire meal for a DoorDash and when I showed up they apologized profusely no prompt to and gave us an extra side for having to drive ourselves. I don’t think I’ve ever been so upset with a company ever. I will be getting my boba from the tea place at the mall from now on and will never recommend them again after I’ve brought in 6 different friends/family. Disappointment.

They rarely have boba and say that they can’t make any slush drinks after 5:30pm. They constantly clean up early and stop using blenders hours before close. Management needs to step in at this point and fix the issue because it’s a pretty consistent pattern

I went in yesterday and the girl with red hair was insanely rude to me and passive aggressive when I was asking about the teas. This wasn't the first time she was rude to me either and I don't know how she hasn't been fired yet. Terrible service.

This place was exactly what I needed after a long day of shopping! We went about 45 minutes before closing, and as someone who works in retail I know how annoying that can be, but the service was great and they were super sweet! 10/10 tea, 20/10 boba (so much boba!) I will definitely be coming back!

Why do y’all never have boba. I come at 5:00, two hours before closing, and you don’t have it. It’s like this all the time, this has even happened three hours before closing. I get it if it’s thirty minutes before but at this point it’s getting annoying. Why even be a boba tea shop if u never have it. Just laziness or idiocy because this is going on for way too long and all of my friends have noticed.

Extremely disappointing drove an hour to get kung fu tea and they was NO BOBA? No explanation either just no we don't have boba. A boba shop with out boba might aswell be closed. Shop decorated cute tho.
