Why do y’all never have boba. I come at 5:00, two hours before closing, and you don’t have it. It’s like this all the time, this has even happened three hours before closing. I get it if it’s thirty minutes before but at this point it’s getting annoying. Why even be a boba tea shop if u never have it. Just laziness or idiocy because this is going on for way too long and all of my friends have noticed.

Extremely disappointing drove an hour to get kung fu tea and they was NO BOBA? No explanation either just no we don't have boba. A boba shop with out boba might aswell be closed. Shop decorated cute tho.

IVE ORDERED HERE A FEW TIMES AND EVERY TIME SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG. TODAY WAS AMAZINGLY DISASTROUS, I ORDERED 4 BOBA TEAS AND A 6 PACK OF CANNED TEAS. THEY FORGOT 1 OF THE BOBAS AND 4 OF THE CANS. ANOTHER OF THE BOBAS WAS JUST THE WRONG ORDER AND THE PHONE NUMBER NEVER WORKS AND NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO GET MY DRINKS OR MY MONEY BACK. HOW DO YOU HAVE A BUSINESS WITHOUT A WORKING PHONE! SO DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered a large black tea (no milk) with boba yesterday-- it was nearly $7.00, which is exorbitant for such a drink in a town like Manchester. The tea was extremely bitter and cloudy indicating prolonged brewing times (or a bag left in the container?), and a high level of tannins. Overall, not a pleasant tasing tea even though the boba were properly prepared and flavorful.
Will definitely not return.

Normally a great experience, Today however when I walked in the female staff member was laying in the lap of the male staff member. She seemed upset that I even walked in and she started the order I placed on the app about 10 minutes before coming in. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

These people were great! I had no idea about boba and they were friendly and answered my questions about it taking extra time to make sure they got what I wanted right. Awesome service and very very friendly. Highly suggest!
You open at a certain time, you should come in to prep early enough to have the menu items readily available. Not 30 mins later after opening. I don’t think from the half dozen times I’ve gone here that I’ve been able to order what I preplanned in my head from their online menu. No thai iced tea, boba isn’t ready yet, no toffee nut… that was just my last visit. The drink is quality and that’s why I gave 4 stars on that, but inventory and time management really needs work.

The cleaning of the floor way before closing time was dangerous. They left the floor soapy and slippery. Somebody could have gotten hurt. The server lied about their policy and denied our ordering of slushes as they wanted to get out of work early and decided to clean a crucial part of the equipment to make it unusable way before they closed. Didn’t do anything to compensate. Additionally, they cleaned the floor so we had to step on a mat at the beginning while crowding with other people.

THIS PLACE HAS THE SOFTEST AND CHEWIEST BLACK BALLS, THE BOBA BALLS. No other kung fu tea I've had, was good as this place. My go to are the Oreo cream wows, or Sesame Matcha!!! I've been coming back here even I don't live in the area remotely.
