I showed up at 8:40 on a Friday night and they were cleaning up and closing down. I could not order food for my wife and I, even though they’re posted hours of business which the State of New Hampshire is 9:00 pm. I could see cleaning up 5-10 min early but 20 minutes is a bit too early in my opinion. Terrible service, they need to close down in accordance to their posted hours of business.

The lady with short boy hair cut has a rude nasty unprofessional attitude, every time I go there she has the same rudeness, my daughter went there today and she gave the same nasty attitude, appreciate your customers or lose them, she should be in therapy not taking her misery out on others.

Mall Chinese is the goat! So delicious and filling. I always love coming to this place. They're a bit pushy and keep asking if you want a drink, but the food is great. I get it more than any other Chinese. A bit expensive but so it is these days.
No plastic bag for the food, almost spilled the food over while driving.

I’ve been to all master woks around in Burlington Salem nh and this one and the one in north sore mall. This is the BEST one, most delicious and hot food all the time. The lomein is so flavorful and different from the others. Love this one wish this same location could move to pheasant lane mall. No matter what time of the day this place always has a line and it’s for a reason

I would give this horrid place 0 stars if I could. Let’s see…PROS:1) Absolutely nothingCONS:1) The chicken they served me wasn’t fully cooked. It had pink in it. Luckily I did not get sick but once I realized it, I threw away the food. I was furious. That’s just unacceptable, dangerous and completely irresponsible. They should be shut down for that alone.2) Their “pepper steak” (one of their entrees) is literally a green pepper cut up into big chunks… yes, you read that correctly. Absolute joke.3) They were half an hour late opening. I had never tried it so I decided to wait.4) The flavor of the food was non-existent.So yeah, stay away from this place. Seriously. They are going to get people sick.

The employees there don't listen to your concerns, I asked them if they fried egg rolls in the same oil where they fired other pork items. The lady over there got mad instead of listening. I'm allergic to pork. and she would not understand what I'm talking about. I had an awful customer service experience.

Great customer service wonderful food! Always going above and beyond to please the customer. Tonight they were closing early and I was not aware coming out of work at the hospital I had promised my kids I would bring them home a special dinner and they went out back and cooked some lomaine and chicken fingers anything I wanted.. Thank you so much!
