They forgot my fries… AGAIN. Every time I go, I’m missing a different item. I should’ve held up the line and double checked the bag. I guess it’s too difficult to put the whole order in the bag. Also, the place is always filthy and the customer service sucks. Won’t be going back.

Carless, didnt get my small fry i paid for, and one patty on my big mac. I get things happen but it was not busy and I was the only customer in there. Just carelessness! Do better. Instead of employees in the back cursing, maybe lower your voice and focus on the job.

Put in a curbside order for a Coke because the drive thru was so busy (I just had surgery so I couldn't walk to pick it up inside). Waited 17 minutes for a Coke! I called twice to see if it was coming. I left without my drink. Absolutely ridiculous.
They can never complete your order at the drive thru; you always have to pull in to a parking place to wait. I go there once in a while, but every time I go, they get my order wrong, the food is cold, or the food is burnt.

Went through the drive-through at lunchtime and was told I needed to park in a parking space and wait for my food with six other cars waiting everybody else got their food but me after 15 minutes of waiting had to go inside and ask for my food which still wasn’t ready yet! No apologies just when my food was ready. They threw it across the counter! Would not recommend going here as there are plenty of other fast food restaurants way better in the area!
