ordered door dash for me my bf an his sister an they completely forgot about the ENTIREEE happy meal. no fry’s or drinks with the meals me and my boyfriend ordered. so i called the store and i told them what happened and they were all “ohh you have to get a refund” and i asked if i had someone go get it for me if i could still get my food and she said no so i told her she sucked at her job because i work in fast food as well and IIIII would not forget 3 DRINKSSSS and an ENTIREEEE happy meal it’s just baffles me

Place is a joke I’m from out of town and drive a semi and was out of hours so legally couldn’t drive. the inside was closed so had to walk. So I asked the guy if I could order he for some reason didn’t understand what I was saying so he got the manager because I couldn’t drive threw the drive threw he said there was nothing he could do bunch of bull crap I was staying at the hotel across the street. Worst customer service ever I even explained my situation to the guy

I came in around 4 AM to pick up a mobile order and meet on the app. Whoever was on Night Shift waiting for the dayshift to come, kept giving everybody the same excuse” chance access system during change over”. I repeated my order several times and she gave me the same reply.. if you can’t see my order and I give you my order, you should still be able to make the damn order. Then they take the order of someone who isn’t using the mobile app. But I get screwed in the process?

I usually have to resort to coming here after work as it’s one of the only places open to get food. The food is usually OK, but the staff is the problem. They are usually nothing but rude, especially the Manager on the night shift with the pink hair. As someone who works in the industry, I completely understand that it can be hard dealing with people. But that’s no excuse to be rude to someone just for the simple fact they decided to come to your restaurant. Do better.

Make sure you ask for your total before paying! I ordered 4 egg sausage cheese mcmuffins and was not given the total at the order screen. When I got to the pay window I asked how much my total was a male cashier said $54. I said I was all set and was not interested in paying that much because I could eat a better breakfast with my children at a local diner for the same cost or less and he out of no where was able to get the cost down to $34 dollars. This incident happened on 12/2/24 in the morning. I really feel like there's a scam going on here. Just be careful and make sure you pay attention. Ask for your total before you hand your card over. I left for vacation that day so that is why this post is delayed.

The food is fine usually get my order right and it’s mostly fresh especially after midnight

However, I come here about once a week and I haven’t gotten any napkins in a month …

And the first time I asked for napkins, the guy at the window was super rude… I guess they must be out or something

And to make matters worse, the unsweet tea with sour … like nobody bothered to clean it or change it for the last 12 hours type of icky and sour

The young man at the window though is always super nice

I did a mobile order at 330 this morning and when I got there it was starting to do the switch over. I pulled up to the speaker at drive thru and the lady on the headset informed me that their systems were down and I asked a simple question and was like I placed a mobile order at 330 and how she responded was so unprofessional. I will definitely not be back to this location again
