Service is horrible and they screw up the order every single time I go there. I will not go there again. Food was dry and tasted old. Burgers actually had a burnt taste. Paid for extra mac sauce and didn't get it. I'm done!!

Man… what an experience I had tonight. Walked in and wanted to use a coupon for a free fry with a drink and two McDoubles - was told that’s 14$. Didn’t sound right, told the husky high-pitched voice man to check it and he said it was right. I decided to leave but went in to just get the supervisors number - and all of a sudden the order was down to 8$. He was EXTREMELY rude to me while I was trying to stay civil with him, and he was some sort of shift manager. I decided to leave because of his attitude, as he blamed ME for making the mistakes, said that I “took off” before he could fix it as if I didn’t ask him to check! Like I’m not behind the counter, I can’t check for you 😂
I’ve had decent experiences before, but it’s clear that dude is NOT cut out for a job in service, and definitely not as a lead representative of your store.
Edit: Upped the star count as the store supervisor contacted me to make it up to me - much appreciated.

Ordered on the McDonald’s app to get two breakfast sandwiches prior to 10:30 am when we got there it was a minute after 10:30 so they refused to give us our order even though we made our purchase before the 10:30 am mark. Really disappointing service.

Assistant General Manager at this location told me that i cant upgrade my drink with the $5 meal deal which is not true, you can look it up on google and it says you can upgrade your drink. He was also sitting down in a chair while taking orders which i know is not allowed.

Shannon the store manager at this location is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She shorted our order fish sandwich when my husband brought it home..The food was ice cold… thank God for microwaves..went back with receipt and the contents of what left and emptied the packaging so she could see what was in the bag to show proof of the mistake…She then accused me of calling her stupid, which I never did. After I received the sandwich she told me to never visit this location again…. Sent an email to Ted, a good friend of the family, and I will be contacting my attorney and filing discrimination charges. Avoid this store the people and the service is toxic

I decided to get McDonald for my kids today, everything was going well until we had wait a whole hour in the drive through line. It is called fast-food for a reason, if I had wanted to wait this long, I would’ve went to a fine restaurant where they would’ve served me high quality food with good service. When I got to the window, they made me wait another 30 minutes. This isn’t proper treatment. Do better.

Girl at register waited on the guy in front of me then walked away. She kept looking over at me . Took her phone out to make a call. Stood there until the other guy got his food then a guy came over to get my order. The guy asked what sauce but then didnt even put in the bag. Slowest ever. The first girl was more worried about her phone then anything else. Floor was sticky and dirty. Poor customer service. No excuses there were at least 6 people working. 2 just standing there staring at customers.
