This place can be slow when busy. I tend to wait 40% of the time. But staff are all friendly and lately we have been getting fresher fries. Hash browns in the morning are always hot for us!
Erica is my number one favorite here she does everything she can to make it right when my order gets messed up or if they are short on something she goes above and beyond to make it happen Thanks again for being fantastic. I come here once a week to reward my kids with happy meals. The staff is very helpful.

I’ve had enough of the McDonald’s on Hanover Street. They get my order wrong almost every time — missing items, wrong items, or both. Today was the last straw: half my order was missing, and the other half wasn’t even what I asked for. It’s ridiculous how often this happens. For a big chain like McDonald’s, you’d expect some level of consistency, but this location clearly doesn’t care about accuracy or customer satisfaction.
Do better, Hanover Street McDonald’s. I’m tired of paying for food I don’t receive.

Weed on the baby changer and on the floor of the men's bathroom and the food gave me salmonella poisoning due to cross contamination of the grease and they probably rarely change the grease as well.

Usually everything at this store is good but just ordered a mcdelivery order and asked for my small caramel macchiato to be upgraded to a large and payed for it to be a large but still recieved a small. Super disappointed.

Went through the drive thru late night after being in the ER all night. Was told they don't serve Burgers after midnight anymore even though they are open till 2 AM. absolutely ridiculous.
