The drive thru yields better results than sitting in. The staff try their best, but they can be a little rowdy at times. There are some shifty and shady people who come in though and cause problems. This location has had problems since the remodeling. The drive-thru is always backed up, and the food is always cold. Your status as a customer goes way down if you aren't lazy and actually walk in. The drive-thru is their #1 priority, and you'll be sure to learn this if you try it. Unfortunately, I love the hot fudge sundays, so I do frequent this location. Fat belly, fat belly, fat belly.

Came here to visit with my family and there was a bunch of little disrespectful kids hanging here. These kids looked like they were around 7-9 years of age and one was a teen like 14 years old. Alot of swearing and inappropriate things coming out of all there mouths at such a young age and they were really loud. Manager (Male) on the floor did not do anything about this. He was to busy interviewing another older gentleman not far next to them. Come to find out the reason why he didn't do anything was because one of his own staff members knew these Disrespectful brats. This kids had the nerve to make fun of a homeless man using the bathroom publicly in his face and felt it would be funny to report him for useing it. What is management doing!? Horrible experience. I'm definitely avoiding this place moving forward.
Food at this location has always been good, The parking lot that traffic has to drive over to enter and exit the drive-thru from Hanover Street needs repairs it's full of potholes, not to mention that building next door has been an eyesore for years and I believe it reflects negativity on McDonald's.

The two times this month I went to this location at dinner time, my wait was long and my orders incomplete. The staff is super disinterested in assisting you once they've shoved your half empty bag in your face. Breakfast staff is excellent though, never had a problem with them.

Please give this boy a raise!I stood there for twenty minutes to get my order (I was the only person in the restaurant apart from the drive-thru), and when I recieved my shamrock shake it was a strawberry shake with a little bit of green in the bottom... little to no effort. However, one of the employees (a different one who did not make it) noticed, apologized, fixed it for free, and treated me with respect and clearly cared about his work.Thank you for remembering that kindness is free.

Went threw the drive up ordered 2 burgers medium fries and 2 drinks.was told to pull over to wait spot after like 10min food came out looked in bag no fries went in side said you forgot my fries woman said it wasn't on slip I said look there it is o sorry here is your fries.
