Heard good things about the sandwiches. But honestly was afraid to eat mine. Food handling was not proper. Same gloves for all the sandwiches made (had about 8 on the go, so allergies beware) and even when into fridges, chopping lettuce, picked up phone with all the same gloves. There was an argument going on between the two women working which continued for the entire 20+ minutes I was waiting. Extremely awkward and unprofessional on both parts. Should have just asked for a refund or left, but I was just not in the mood to do drama today. The sandwich did look good at least, but I'd rather not get food poisoning.

If you order a sandwich online on a Saturday, don’t expect to get it quickly. Placed an order 30 minutes prior to arrival and the sandwiches were not even started.
They need more than one person on on Saturdays. During the week it’s done within minutes. It’s always the same woman on every Saturday 🫢

“As someone who enjoys exploring different sub shops, I found this place to be slightly on the pricier side. However, the quality of the subs and the overall experience made it worth the cost. While it may not be a spot I’d visit regularly, it’s definitely a great option for an occasional treat. If you’re a fan of unique or premium sub sandwiches, this place is worth trying.

First time coming in and had a great sandwich. Service was really friendly and they accommodated my tomato allergy!

Ended up getting the half MadSicilian sandwich which was quite large for a half. Left quite full and satisfied with my sandwich!

Got two turkey sandwiches tonight and both of them had literally one slice of turkey on them…

Made my last trip to this Moe’s location today as it is consistently subpar, compared with all the other locations in this small New England chain. I go here primarily for the fresh bread. Unfortunately, during my past few visits to this location, the bread has been at least a day old and stale which ruins the entire sandwich. I also find it annoying that for at least a year now, they don’t let customers use the restroom, despite the fact that they have sit down dining. When I asked if I could simply wash my dirty hands before eating, they declined and offered me a napkin instead. I’m done with the Manchester Moe’s and recommend nearby Concord, where the bread is always fresh and you can wash your hands.

bland and tasteless. Tunafish was pretty disappointing. The veggie sandwich was OK but nothing to write home about. The lack of a bathroom for patrons is pretty unforgivable overall would not recommend.

A fairly good sandwich (got a Genoa as a half-sandwich combo with drink and chips for $11.50 or so). Did not feel like a great value, though, a couple of thin slices of meat, basic white roll and thin sliced veggies.

Coming from work and wanted to simply wash my hands in the Bathroom before i eat a sandwich. NO TOILETS AVAILABLE FOR THE PAYING CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN EATING THERE FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. THATS HOW THEY CONTROL THE HOMELESS INSTEAD OF JUST TELLING THEM TO GET OUT THE STORE.
