Had the starek tip which I always get when I go to the one off south willow at. Mind you it has been a handful of yrs since I have been. That being said what happen. Seems like a change in management or ingredients. The sub tasted different but I couldnt quite figure it out. The steak it's self was cut way to big. The end is the worst, I never felt the way I felt about 4 hrs later but again not good. So not sure what's up but not going back to at least this location. I will try s.willow St just to be sure.

So I got a good sub from here. It was a basic sub order (deli meats) and it overall was basic, nothing great nothing bad. But the price is such a rip off. It was $15.60 for a turkey, salami and cheese, extra mayo and lettuce. The place has no theme to it.

I did not like the chicken salad they changed to. From shredded to chunked but they were very helpful in making it right and their steak Caesar wrap is delicious with the little parm crisps in it.

I've heard about them for years & had never stopped in, recently during a dog sitting near by, I finally did, It was by far the best steak & cheese sub ive ever had! It didnt last long enough for a pic 🤣👌

Not sure why this place is so popular. Bread that literally comes out of the bag, basic deli meat, nothing special. Can make a better sandwich at home.

We ordered from here like we typically do. We eat here about 2-3x a month (yes we love it typically) but the past few times we have gone the quality is just getting worse and worse. We ordered tonight (a very large order over $80) and were so disappointed when we received it. The Mozzarella sticks were hard from being overcooked, the Philly cheesesteak had more bread than meat. It looks like they put MAYBE half a serving in there and then squished the bread down to make it look like there was more in it. The steak tip sub was also lacking meat (paid for extra meat AND extra cheese) they deff put a tiny bit of extra cheese but they did not add extra steak (I don’t even think they added a regular portion to it) at the end of the roll there’s about an inch maybe half inch of emptiness, it’s just bread. Fries were also over cooked. After this experience we are done eating there at least for the foreseeable future. I understand that times are hard and businesses are suffering but this place is already pretty pricey and it’s insane to me that the owners let the quality go down so far and quite rapidly too. I really hope someone sees this and does not make the same mistake we did because you’ll just spend a lot of money and be let down. If you are looking for a really good steak and cheese or Philly cheesesteak, I recommend Giovanni’s in Manchester, they ALWAYS load the subs with meat and it’s much cheaper than here.
The subs are great but the French fries are very stingy for the price

I’m not usually one to complain but my husband and I order from here all the time. We love that they offer gluten free sub rolls and everything we order tastes amazing. We both typically get subs but tonight I decided to get a salad (garden salad with grilled chicken) instead. I opted for the large salad so I could have leftovers for lunch at work tomorrow. The salad was small… like barely one serving. I didn’t take a picture and wish I had because I’m not sure what size a small salad would be; clearly not enough for an adult. If I’m paying $15+ for a salad I expect a dinner salad and this was essentially the size of a side salad. Again, I love their food but I was extremely disappointed and wish I ordered elsewhere to actually get a dinner sized salad.

My Wife and I purchased 2 mushroom steak and cheese subs, Been going there for years. This has been the biggest disappointment we ever had at this place. The steak was very chewy and stringy and had to actually pull steak out of our mouths , cause we couldn't chew it. Was there not to long ago and found almost the same thing, but thought it was just a fluke. It was not and will be turning to other restaurants in the area. We always order mushroom steak and cheese and found the last few times there may have been 2 to 3 mushrooms in there. Sad that an iconic place in Pinardville is slowly going down hill !

I get my grilled chicken harvest salads they are excellent tasting. I get them all the time and I'm hooked on them. Very tasty. The staff is very friendly and outstanding.
